I used to love this place and went here at least once a week. Cameron was a wonderful and attentive server. Unfortunately things have gotten so bad that Ive lost all interest in going. Im the past few months, Ive gone from 1 or 2 times a week to swearing Ill never go again. Service has been so awful that Ive had to go find a waiter myself on 3 separate occasions. Having to get up and hunt down a waiter to serve us after 15-20 minutes of seeing waiters walk past is not an acceptable situation for any restaurant. I have then decided to try the take out. One order was placed early in the day with assurances that it would be done on time. 45 minutes after the scheduled time, I had to leave and the manager Sam had to cancel my order and refund me. Fast forward to today, I went in to order take out in person, I was told by the manager Sam that they were backed up and my food would take 45 minutes to an hour. This was fine by me, so I ordered and then waited for my food. Nearly 2 hours later I finally left with the last food I will EVER buy from that BWW. If you have to eat here, be sure to ask for Cameron. If hes there your food wont necessarily be perfectly on time, but your drinks will be full and hell take care of you until it does arrive. If hes not there be prepared for massive delays, nobody carrying about you and going hungry until shortly before the heat death of the universe.

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been too. I usually love this place for the good wings and fries etc but this one is so so so bad I cannot even say 1 good thing about it. When it first opened I was happy and went there 2 times to eat in. The service was so bad, wrong orders, a bunch of punk teens working there with attitudes. Disrespect. When problems came up with the orders etc the short long haired manager had a attitude and did not want to help, he is completely in no way a good manager. I thought because it was new i would stay away awhile while they worked out the kinks so I tried picking up food (which is the only way i eat there now) and it was still terrible. You call in, it is so loud that the people taking your orders get EVERYTHING wrong. Food orders still messed up. I have ate there 50 times, chicken is always over cooked. after almost a year of being open the staff has gotten NO better. Still tons of attitude and they have no idea about the menu or anything it takes to run a business. AVOID this place if you want to enjoy yourself. It is GHETTO! seen fights, yelling matches etc... so many times there.

Okay let me start, we where at buffalo wild wings located in Hayward, They close at 2am. We got there before 2am. Once we got there they where already bothered, my little sister over heard one of the servers saying "forget them " she told me afterwards. Then when we started with our orders she was like uhuh, giving me attitude and rolling her eyes. Anyways, when it was time to leave she was charging my mom way more then it was suppose to so I had her fix it 3 TIMES, by that time she was so done. Then this other sever comes and tells her "great now we have to wait for them " and left. My mom Handed me the money to pay her check , then I tell her I am ready to pay and she ignores me and pretends she is cleaning the table next to ours, so then I was like " oh I guessed she ignored me" and she comes to me and tells me " NO I Didnt and she took the receipt with the money and snatched it from my hand and left. &&& My brother was near a bench and the other server was hella sweeping like really SMH.. NEVER AGAIN NO HAYWARD WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!

Wow. Never have I experienced bad customer service from BWW. I have gone to Sacramentos, Hollywoods, Union Citys and couple others and it has always been a good experience... Until tonight. Joselyn was our server and you could tell she was just not having a good day, cussing under her breath and rolling eyes while taking our order for drinks. She started giving my friend attitude for simply asking a simple "yes or no" question. We started to feel uncomfortable so we asked for a different server, only so she could yell at us saying we had to wait outside if we did not want her as a server because she was the only server available. We did not mind waiting, however her attitude just ruined our night so we ended up leaving. The manager/supervisor walked passed us and did not bother to check in. Very disappointed.

Ok after my experience tonight I just had to write a review, back when this location first opened it was good but it seemed like every time we have gone it gets worse and worse and mind you this location isnt as busy as other BBW but tonight it took about 15-20 min after getting seated to get our order in, then when we are about to finish the waitress decides to tell us they are out of fries and mild sauce like really???? Then it takes about another 45 min to get our food plus everything was wrong and alot of stuff missing. The waitresses were very slow and after making simple request like asking for napkins it took a long time smh I recommend Union City or Dublin locations

Mhhh me parece que la comida y el servicio fue bueno, esta algo caro y la mesera no muy pendiente de mi mesa siempre la buscaba y aparte cuando pague la meseta me robo $6 dolares de mi cambio hasta que hable con el manager y le deje saber que mi cambio no estaba bien y me faltaba dinero pero lo demás esta bien

I ordered boneless wings wild and the server tolled me it would be reafy in 15 min but instead it took 42 mints. I wanted more water and it took 18 min to get me water. Very slow servers and the food takes very long .the place does look nice and clean but I want my food ready about 15min or lesd and I would give a huge tip but sadly I have to wait just for bones and I have to ask the manager I ordered my food 42 mints ago and finally he fix everything and I got my food and fries. No tip sorry cause it made me wait and made me starve ghe food is good but I aspect to be ready

Came in for their fast break lunch, delivery of food so slow I asked the hostess to tell them to cancel our order. She said she would talk to a manager. We got up to leave and the m anger came out and assured us our food was coming. He comped us our lunch and we bagged it and left. My wife had to eat in the car on the way back to work. Great food! Poor service time! We love the food, but the time it takes to get is surprisingly long. 95%of their business has to be wings, how can they be slow at it?
