Our first time at this location, we were in luck... our waitress was friendly & went the extra mile. we requested to sit where a tv was playing ufc fight. She told us that she will sit us in other areas & will have her manager change the channel to the ufc fight rather than a crowded section so we can watch it properly. Though it took a little bit longer time for that manager to change it than we prefer if we were sat at the area where the game is already playing but they still manage to accommodate us. The fried chicken we ordered tasted crispy & freshly cooked, nice! Since we were with our kids we opted for dips than mixed the sauces with the chicken. My hubby ordered their burger & they loved it. Nice place to hang around for sports event & happy hour. We will go back & try their place again.

Had to wait for about a hour for my friends wings and they brougth my food out right away , so i was going to wait until the rest of the food was out so by that time my food is cold and still waiting for the wings ;well they brought the wings to the wrong table and were at the bar .but they did comp the wings one of the two orders we had .im so not imprest with this .they kept saying how sorry for the wait , but i feel if you are that sorry and we just got done telling you were done with this place ,that they should have compt the hole meal if they want the customers to keep comig back but then what do i know im just a customer right

If I could I would give a zero, this was the worst restaurant experience ever. I am never coming to ANY of your stores again. We were seated right away, and waited 15mins for a server, we even spoke with a manager to get a server to take drinks. Five minutes later, we got up and left. Nobody cared that we were there, as i saw 4 servers go to the side register and talk while we were waiting for ANY of them to decide to say at least a HELLO. I guess my family of five is not worth getting food, so I decided to go to Chilis nearby where I spent my money and SURPRISE, I got GREAT SERVICE.

There was a line out the front door and 12 tables out of a hundred or more seated inside! The rest couldnt be seated because they werent being cleaned. I was there for an hour and didnt see a single table get bussed. They dont clean the bathroom either. They never answer the phone. Then when you do get there they all act like its their first day and dont know anything. Ive been there a few times because I love the food but the staff here are not up to snuff. They also dont toss their wings right. I either get soaking wet wings or bone dry wings. Its like the cooks dont eat there.

I have gone here multiple times since they opened and its miserable. I have hoped they would get better since they opened, thinking ohh they are just new at this, but they are still really slow service. The wings arent as good as they should be, and they seem lack of experience. If you want a true bww experience go-to the one in Brentwood 100 times better. The reason Im not giving one star is because I did their take out online and it was okay.

Wide array of flavor choices for your wings, with a wide assortment of fried appetizers and beers. The only issue I had was that the staff didnt seem to remember who ordered what and where. Id see the waitresses walk around with our food to other tables and stare at each other confused, but Ill attribute this to it being packed and this being a new establishment. Great place to watch sports, with many TVs and great sound (even outdoors).

Service is terrible. This is my third time here and it still was not good. You get seated quickly but once u are seated, the wait to just order water is bad. No one is polite and they give u attitude if u complain. They need better training. It gets busy but a lot of the waiters are ignoring people walking around. The manager here is just as bad. The food is ok. Done very sloppy. Last time coming here. Fairfield is waaaaay better.

I love B-Dubs. Just not this B-Dubs. Lunching alone on a Saturday afternoon. Asked for a table. Given a table in the bar. Kind of not the point. Then watched as numerous actively ignored me. As if I had rabies or something. Manager even walked right by and I expected him to ask whether Id been helped yet...no, apparently he sets the example for his employees. Finally gave up and went to The Elephant Bar instead.

Buffalo chips not worth trying, bland and soggy. Food overall is ok, place is nice, and server was soso. Regular fries brought after were good. Burger patty was bland aswell, burried under stuff to hide it. The kicker is that they did not tell us there was an upcharge for buffalo chips, then did not want to credit us back when they sucked.

Odd work shifts- Unfortunately this is one of the few places to get a late night bite and drink. Been here three times recently. Service and food have been consistently slow. They obviously know they are the only late night option and dont care. But on the bright side- mini corn dogs are good- just be prepared to wait an hour for them.

I used to go here when I loved in Indiana and now that there is one in Concord California where I live I went and got wings tonight. The wings were DELICIOUS. So happy they put one here. To me they are bettwrbthen wing stop even though they are a little pricier but hey they have way more on their menu then wing stop so I can see why.

Okay Ive been here twice this place sucks. Terrible service. Mediocre food compared to any other bdubs. Came today to give it one more try, sat for 35 minutes the waitress started taking everyone elses order and avoiding me like the plague, perhaps cause I wasnt a regular or dressed in business attire. Never coming back.

Ordered large boneless wings with medium sauce. Ordered it on top. Came out looking like chicken strips from KFC. No sauce on it at all. Each time I went it took 50+ minutes to just give me my drink. Extremely slow service and expected big tips for only showing up twice, each time looking POd. Not going back.

Obviously doesnt hire experienced people from bartenders to managers. Tap system went down, bar manager didnt help bartenders at all, just watched. Bartenders couldnt make basic mixed drinks. Hostess forgot about us. Just awful all together. A solid manager could survive the level of business. They couldnt.

It was just okay. Service sucked. Tried to go to watch a Warriors game here once they said it would be a 2 hour wait. Then went on a non-game day; there were at least 20 open tables and they said it would be a 15 - 20 minute wait, plus no one was there to greet us. Open table with a 15 minute wait! Lame!
