If I could give no stars I would. I looked up some Round Table selections online and decided to go with one of the sandwiches. When I arrived at this location on my lunch break, there were homeless people begging for change right outside the door. Usually this doesnt bother me, but they smelled something awful. When came in, I looked at the menu and realized that it wasnt anything like the one they had listed online. After standing waiting to be helped for 15 minutes, I asked if they did the sandwich they had online. Not only did the woman act like I was speaking Chinese, but she looked like she had just ran a marathon in 100 degree weather. (Ill leave that to your imagination). It was the sketchiest Round Table Ive EVER been to. I thought about getting something somewhere else, but as I had been in there almost a half an hour already, I didnt have time to go anywhere else. I ordered a personal pizza, which came out severely undercooked. WILL NOT be going here again to say the least. DO NOT recommend it to anyone unless you feel like dining somewhere feeling like you may be attacked the whole time.

The staff is amazing!!! :) Good people, great customer service, and a 100× warmer atmosphere than any other Roundtable I have ever been at. IMO. But the thing that keeps me as regular customer is by far the staff and how hard they really do work. I mean, Ive been in there at 5-6pm and there is a line out the door and they still r able to get to everyone in a decent amount of time. Dont get me wrong, I have seen them messup orders, and not be able to get to everyone in an orderly fashion, at times. With that said, Id say its only bout 1/10 times that Ive been in there that thats ever happened. If that. I give it a 10/10 for effort

The girl who answered the phone was hard to understand ,asked me 6 times the same question. Which was all fine it was a Friday evening Im sure it was loud but then I get there n some lady is screaming at ppl answer the phone delivery up, dont stalk the salad bar, it was rather annoying while trying to enjoy my burnt pizza n garlic twists . Defiantly not eating in the store again not sure Im going back at all This was a horrible experience. .

Do pickup orders here pretty often, and I call it in about 20 minutes in advance, and it’s been ready to go as soon as I got there every time. They have had my order right 100% of the time, and it’s always clean and has a good open feel to it. Salad bar was also great - clean and every selection was filled up. Really well run and great customer service. And save the coupons on the box! You can get good some pretty decent discounts.

This place is a total mess. Ordered pizza online for a party, never got it. Online order asked the delivery address and the billing address. But they didnt even make my pizza, as my billing address was in the different city. So I wasted over an hour on that. Then a guy called me and had now idea whats going on.

Called for a delivery. Said I was at Motel 6. All of a sudden she turned into a snotty B! Whatever, This Motel 6 is actually the best one Ive ever been in. Way to go judgemental. By the way, pretty sure she had a stripper name. Judge less you be judged.

Called for a pick up pizza. They told me 25 minutes. Hour and 25 minutes later we are still sitting in the restaurant with no food and watching the server struggle to switch the Cincinnati Tulsa game to something relevant. What a disaster.

Their pizza is very, very good and our favorite. The new facility is cleaner than clean and really comfortable. Prices are fair and we do get a senior discount, great selection of draft beers.
