Most people probably already know panda express, so not sure what to say.. the food is Chinese fast food. Very salty and oily, but thats what makes it good. Panda express claims not to use any MSG, but I believe they use some variation because the food tasted is very enhanced and youre usually thirsty after eating. Why do I give them 4 stars then? Because I already knew all these things and came with those expectations. I know its not healthy food, so I limit myself to once or twice a month. Its a good fast food option so that youre not only eating burgers. Its also pretty cheap, since the plate with 2 entrees cost $7.50 and you can get a 3rd entree free if you complete an online survey with your ticket (so dont throw it away and after your first purchase, youll just have a free side entree each time). Thats plenty of food for me to eat lunch and leftovers dinner, So technically Im spending less than $4/meal:) The system is easy to understand, you chose bowl or plate and then rice/noodle/steamed veggies and 1~3 entrees. The price will depend on the size you chose and there is an extra charge for shrimp dishes.

Im afraid all the reviews talking about this place being well below Panda standards are right on target. My impression of the service is that of a bunch of kids, on their very first job, whove received minimal training, and no supervision, and are slowly conforming to the lowest common denominator amongst them. A special mention goes out to the cook. I have never seen a Panda Express cook move so slowly. And since he was the only cook while I was there, it was a problem. The girl who waited on me seemed afraid to tell him that they needed more veggies, (she was probably afraid of overwhelming him). Finally, after he had slowly churned out three other dishes, she mentioned it to him. And then she disappeared. The veggies finally came out...and sat on the counter. I basically had to order all over again with someone else, even though I had already paid. Oh, and my table was dirty. On the plus side, the food was good.

The customer service is the most terrible I have ever seen. I ordered Pacific Chili Shrimp and they told me 10 minutes, so I said sure I could wait. However, after 20 minutes, I was still waiting. I asked the person in charge (a short girl) what took so long like 20 minutes, she not only did not apologize, but asked for my receipt to see the transaction time (she doubted it was really 20 minutes) - and yes it proved to be more than 20 minutes. How is this even possible to treat customer like this? She was extremely rude and impatient, and did a poor job explaining. I will never come to this Panda again and this is one of the poorest experience I have ever had in dining industry! Yes, I got refund for *that item*, and it also took them extra 10 minutes just to do that, and I left Panda without eating much.

Although it close at 10 but every time I go there at 8:30 or later, most entrees dishes are empty and sometimes they would not make anything even if you ask them. Once, I went there one hour before they close, they told me they dont have fried rice and they will not make a new one.

Smaller portions and BE CAREFUL with new, food boxes when using a paper bag for carryout. The new, food Box lid catches on the inside of the paper bag spilling the entire contents into the bag. Very messy! Staff kindly replaced the meal for free, though :)

I love Panda Express. But this joint is not up to Pandas usual standard. The service was slow while not many customers were around at 8:30pm on Sunday night. The place was not clean. Kitchen was quite a mess. Panda needs to pay more attention here.

The last 3 times Ive gone to eat here there has been at least a 10 minute wait in line with an additional 10-15 minutes to cook the 1 item youre actually there to eat. Whoever designed this restaurant has no concept of a working kitchen

The worst experience Ive EVER had at Panda Express. The food made me SICK! Not physically sick but mentally. It messed with my mind. It ruined the pristine image I had of Panda Express. I will NEVER go back to this location.

Showed up for lunch at 10:50am and was told White rice would take over a hour and over 30mins for brown rice. How are these 2 items unavailable for customers for lunch?! Not everyone wants chow mein or fried rice.

Ive had better food from a roach coach. This place is incredibly bad at making tasty food. Total fail today with soggy orange chicken and dried out honey walnut shrimp. I guess I need to eat more PBJ sandwiches!

The environment is nice. But the stuff is the slowest I have ever seen. People are accumulating and waiting in long lines, and he does not seem to notice that. 0.1% efficiency of the panda in UCLA Ackerman.

The staff here are friendly, and give you good portions. Usually gets busiest around 7PM, but the food is also the most fresh at that time too. Try the Orange Chicken!
