HORRIBLE PIZZA!!!! Last night 12/19/2015 we called and they told us that they had a two hour wait for delivery....so we decided to pick up instead...thinking ok the pizza would be fresh and hot...WRONG!!! We waited 1 hour for our pizza...we ordered two....with wings a total of $64.64!!!!! Got the pizza in the car smelled good.....got home which was 5 minutes away....The Pizza Was Lukewarm!! And the skinny crust that we ordered wasnt skinny at all!! WE WILL NEVER NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ROUND TABLE AGAIN!!! THIS PLACE HAS GIVEN ROUND TABLE PIZZA CHAIN A BAD REPUTATION.........DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS IF THAT IS WHAT THEY CALL IT....HORRIBLE PIZZA HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered pizza tonight from Albany Round Table for delivery. An hour and 15 minutes later I call them to find out where it is, they tell me my order has been cancelled because we live out of their delivery zone. WHAT!?! We have beenordering delivery from this location for the past 5+ years!!! She says we live 9 miles away and therefore are not within their zone. On their own bleeping website it says I am 2.1 miles from their location!!! That is ok ALBANY Round Table I will no longer order from you 2-4 times a month, book soccer parties, birthday parties, or any kind of event at your location.

Called the location at 9:15 on a Sunday said they didnt deliver to my location (1.2 miles away) according to their site so I drove and when I got there they had the front doors locked and would not let anyone in. Absolutely do not know how they make money when their employees lie on the phone and close earlier then their business hours say.

I get one little pizza for $30 for delivery. I made sure to add "do not disturb occupants, call when outside" The dumb delivery driver starts ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door! He made a 90 year old get out of bed to go see who was at the door. I said to call when your outside! do not disturb the occupants! can you guys read?

Customer service needs some improvement. Tried to order a pizza few days ago and they had run out of cheese. Out of cheese?! Come on. Maybe Mothers Day was unexpectedly busy but, a pizza place that runs out of cheese? Can you tell I like cheese on my pizza? :)

My hometown pizza joint! Hands down still my favorite pie. Obviously very different compared to Chicago-styled Little Star or Zacharys, or the thin, floppier NY slices like Blondies. On the salty side, but not as bad as Dominos.

$26 for a pizza....crust hard as a rock....even with a knife hard to cut....broke a tooth...maybe I should send them the Dental Bill.....this place has gone downhill over the years!!!!

The Wmbo Combo was delicious. I didnt have to wait long for my pizza. I believe I only waited 20 minutes. Thats not bad.
