28 years on this earth, 14 spent in customer service and I have to say this is by far the worst customer service. And by no less a person managing the service and providing this atmosphere to continue. I get home and start to munch on my Little Bacon Cheeseburger. Something tastes off, its a little light and all I taste is bacon. I open it up to find everything BUT my burger and cheese is there. So I call to speak with someone about how funny it must be to forget the cheeseburger in a cheeseburger. The assistant manager answers, asks us the order number and time and immediately says oh I remember that. I wrapped it myself. I didnt forget your burger. ......he says theres no way that patty didnt make it on there and is a complete asshat to me as I say WHY WOULD I LIE AND OF ALL LIES, WHO LIES ABOUT THE MEAT MISSING? He says I have to bring my burger in as evidence, but Im sure hell say I just didnt bring the patty with me. Cause thats what Im after.. a $6 burger for free.

Service was poor. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Hey! Wherere my bacons? I ordered a regular (small actually) soda? What? $2.59? Really? Okay. Then the cashier even forgot to give me a paper cup. The soda machine lacked lots of selections, like all kinds of lime flavored soda. Never encountered this situation in other fast food restaurants. Those young cashiers enjoyed their time talking to each other, but they were unable to do their job well. Besides, the ground was dirty, greasy and sticky. If you are a Five Guys lover, I would recommend you to go to the one at Tanforan, San Bruno. Employees there seem to have some sort of disabilities. However they can provide you heartfelt services.

For a fast food burger place, you can taste the quality in the patties. I recommend getting one patty just because two tend to dry out the burger, or else ask for some extra sauce. The fries are absolutely addictive, get the cajun spices on the side so you can dip the fries in it whenever you want. Overall tasty burgers and addictive fries.

Im sorry Five Guys, I dont understand the hype around your burgers. They are greasy, the buns get soggy and fall apart, the peanuts are confusing, and the food just isnt that good. I dont think I would ever come here again.

Good burgers with great toppings (at no, or little extra cost) and great fries. Dining in or out? Both served wrapped in foil in a paper bag. Peanuts for snacking in the meantime.

Pretty good burgers at a reasonable price. I like how a double patty is the default, and my favorite is how there are tons of free toppings! Definitely my go-to burger spot.

Great five guys location with the added bonus of having the coke free style soda fountain. You can expect consistent quality and nice outdoor seating as well.

The burgers, toppings, are all good. I tried the hot dog, it was ok. Free peanuts? I like the soda machines...made my own mix of soda and flavors.

The size is pretty big (almost bigger than in-n-out) and the taste is ok. Fries are also ok. But as for me, the In-n-out burgers are better.
