Me and my elderly friend went there yesterday after leaving the E R room.She spent 45.00 for 2 combination plates and the links and the ribs was pink inside and when I called the number to speak to the manager or the owner the voicemail was full.Please avoid this LOCATION if you want to live..The cashier didnt even have on a hairnet.The bathroom was unusable because it was just nasty. The floor was so sticky that your shoes got planted to the floor. The floor behind the cash register had food on it and the cashier was in a hurry at closing. Whatever happen to customer service and satisfaction. Morals and values. Please pass this on because pork is good.but to serve someone some that was pink and tough is even more dangerous. LORD PLEASE TAKE THE WHEEL.A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY.!!!! JUST UNACCEPTABLE

Ive been going to Everett & Jones for years and they continue to be my all time favorite for Bbq. There have been the occasional "off" days, but all in all Im a satisfied customer. There is nothing 5 star about it, including the service. If youre looking for that go somewhere else. Its down home "countrified" eats. My go to sides are potato salad and baked beans, which arent fantastic, but they compliment the meal. Of course we all know someone who can make better, but I know from experience it can be extremely difficult to make massive amounts of potato salad while maintaining all the flavors. I always go for the medium sauce. The mild can be too "tomatoey" for me, plus I like a little kick.

I never have a problem with the food but the customer service can use a touch-up. I had to repeat my order at least three times so that way I know that she got it down right! I even had her read the order back to me! I really need some interesting characters there every single time I go. My favorite is the sausage and brisket and I love the beans and potato salad but I have not been disappointed by anything other than the dry chicken! Dont hesitate to visit!

Iffy. I usually order a lunch portion or two but today decided to get a dinner portion and wow what a waste of an extra ten bucks. I always count at least 5-6 rib pieces in a lunch 3-4 bones and two all meat pieces but I got seven pieces in this "dinner" couldnt believe I only received 1-2 extra bone pieces! For an extra ten bucks? I expected atleat double 10 pieces . from now on Ill stick to my lunch portion with an extra side for $14.00. Smfh

Poor excuse for a BBQ restaurant. Steak overcooked and dry. Chicken undercooked to the point of being unsafe. I found the side dishes bland. Overpriced considering quality and quantity. The staff provided lackluster service. They acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for things like additional water. I do not recommend this place. So many other great places for BBQ in the East Bay.

This place is absolute garbage, I mean do go and try it out for yourself if you want over cooked meat that looks like dog food. Oh and customer service is crap I complained about the food made me sick and guess what?? They offered me more food. Why in the hell would I accept more food if I got sick from it in the first place. Defendantly will not be purchasing anything from Everett anymore.

Food is great but rating a 2 becausee they have 5 people behind the counter and only 1 preparing the food. Others standing around and while there no customers they could help. Been waiting now since 5:58 its 6:28 and still 10 more orders ahead with only 1 person making plates! Would like to see more people helping out

if you can get past the dry chicken, grainy sausage, and overcooked brisket. dont worry they will drown your order in sauce (even if you request no sauce) be prepared for the premium price charged. coupled with the poor customer service. I should have saved my money and waited for the McRib to come back....

They have great food but the wait was a bit long for a simple order...basically they need help on their customer service, im from the fruitvale days so i remember all the great food and service in a timely fashion with a smile!! oh Jacklondon is always on point so go there

Saddest excuse for a a BBQ restaurant. Been here twice. Both times brisket was dried out shoe leather. Second Tim had to send first plate back because meat was cold. Dont recommend this place at all. I would be embarrassed if I was them.

Disgusting they fell off i use to love the link and brisket dinner i bought one today it wasnt seasoned alot of fat and i wanted to throw it they should go out of business i didnt want to give them a star but i had too to leave review

There hand are really good and the briskets and links is very good as well. I go there like once a week and i get the same thing and so far Im a happy customer..I just dont like the wait on the days they dont take phone orders..

i dont really think for the price you are paying the amount of food is there. the taste is ok, ive heard that the jack london one is better, so we shall see if i ever go check out the hack london one

The food is amazing! I havent had BBQ that tasted this good in years! Theres a bit of a wait but its worth it. Everything there is just absolutely delicious! I highly recommend going here.

Hit or miss...most of the time 1/2 the rib orders are over cooked and dry. I do like the food when you do get a decent order but not worth it with the other bbq spots.

The meat is cheap and some of it is hard. Dont put enough sauce on the barbecue and want to charge you extra for what should be free and adequate with your purchase

Always very clean inside and out, cashiers are nice and presentable. I live 3 1/2 hours out so whenever I come to The Town i make it a point to eat here! !
