Came here for dinner around 6pm on a Tuesday. When we walked in, we were not greeted right away even though there was a lady at the counter. Once we scanned the menu and figured out what we wanted, we stepped up to order. The lady taking our order was very quiet and very hesitant in what she was doing. My girlfriend ordered a chicken cutlet w/ gravy bowl, but the lady was going to charge us for a full order. Luckily my girlfriend caught it and corrected her. I ordered the #1 - BBQ Mix Plate which had BBQ Chicken, Beef and Kalbi. The portions were large but the quality isnt anything special. If you are very hungry and want something that will fill you up, order this. It came with a scoop of mac salad and 2 scoops of rice. The do not have a lot of options on the menu.. Regular portions or bowl options (small).

The woman working the register (who acts like the owner) was so completely rude - I wont ever go back. The food is okay (two stars instead of one), but the portions are much smaller than you would get at the other Ohana Hawaiian BBQs. Good luck getting condiments - I begrudgingly was given a bbq sauce when I asked. They lock the restroom door, and dont bother putting a sign there, so you have to guess that they have a key - or is someone in there? Dont patron this place as they dont want to be in business anyway. I cant stand these franchise owners who bring down a normally good chain.

When they first opened up a few years back I was their very first customer (I worked close by so I would eyeball this place before it opened) the staff was friendly, quick,The cooks are nice as well. I love the food & the portions. Good options. Very clean & popular place & good location for shopping etc.

Im not sure what others are talking about when they say the counter folks are rude. Ive been coming here for 2 years and have yet to encounter any sort of rudeness. Everyone who works here is friendly and I really like the flavor of the food.

This isnt the L&L I know... they took forever with the service food wasnt good and the worst part was they butchered my mac salad... it was horrible... worst I ever had...I wont be back... garbage...

My husband (who is picky about meat) and I eat here often - its one of our usual spots. We havent seen anyone being rude, the food is tasty, portion sizes are good and its not expensive.

Chicken tastes good, but they play the same dumb song over and over again. I can only imagine that the workers there are crazy from hearing it over and over again.

The family meal is more than enough food for 4 people. 3 of us usually get 3-4 meals out of it. I am a big fan of all their offerings
