Meh- Read my reviews on Google. I give honor where honor is due. The good- The food tasted good and came out quick. The bad- The whole 1.50 more for this .50 more for that .25 more for this situation. It is a very uncomfortable feeling to think that Im going to get charged for putting too many rice noodles in my bowl. Im not cheap. Ill pay for food. But come on man, .50 for more rice?? .50 more for a soda refill? .25 more for some sauce? The portion of rice they gave me was not even bigger than my palm. You can buy 25lb bags of white rice for next to nothing, and you want to nickle and dime people on RICE? Heck, even a mexican restaurant gives away all you can eat chips and salsa and other places give bread. The portion of MEAT was MINIMAL. Heres the bottom line- if you like to eat generous portions at a reasonable price- dont go here. If you like to spend 10 bucks to get some mongolian grill food and be able to get a light lunch, then grab a friend and have a light lunch. If youre a big eater, unless you pay for all you can eat, youre going to leave hungry and there wont be much protein to your meal. Wont be back. Chicken teriyaki anywhere else in western washington is a better filling lunch than this place. Sorry....

My family and I have been patronizing this place for years. Not anymore. Weve been going since before they fire upped their prices by two dollars for every size. Weve patronized since before they started limiting how many containers of sauce you could have with takeout. Weve patronized since before they add a $1.00 oversized bowl charge. Today I was with my ladyfriend, getting exactly the same size bowl Ive been getting for years, and the owner, using his invisible magic ruler, declared that it was not merely oversized, but that I would be paying the All You Can Eat price, which is three dollars more, and - heres the important bit - you cant take any home. He relented once he checked my story out with one of his employees and confirmed that in all my years in eating there I had never been charged All You Can Eat for an oversized bowl. Keep in mind this policy is written exactly NOWHERE and is entirely up to his whims. I didnt care about the $2, I cared that I was being subtly told I was a thief and a liar in the middle of a public restaurant and in front of my friend. Im never going back, and if youre wise, youd find another place, more reasonable and respectful palce to spend your hard-earned cash.

Owners are very nice, food is great. Would like to see maybe some small sides like won tons & soup included in the price. We have been to many of these type of restaurants and this is the only one who charges more if you fill your bowl much over the rim, considering they portion a small amount of meat after you pick your ingredients, the ingredients are vegetables and noodles which are very cheap, this is why they should either increase there bowl sizes with not raising there prices, veggies cook down to over half the uncooked portion, hence the reason I have this one problem here. There is are many competitors in the area and I truly dont think these small changes would harm there business, if anything, I bet it would bring in more, especially while dinning here Ive overheard customers discussing my exact suggestions. Again, service is Very pleasant and because of the pleasant owners and freshness of the produce, we will continue dinning here.

The only thing I dont love about this place is the girl with the pigtail braids. She is blonde, but there are two blonde employees one who is the sweetest, shes friendly talkative and remembers you. The one Im referring to with the braids, might smile and isnt all that rude necessarily....but it seems like she has a stick you know where. Lol every time the other girl is there Im smiling and talking with her the whole way out the door(and shes like that with every customer).. I ask for a to go cup for water with a lid and braids makes me buy a water bottle. I cant have a water cup for free? I think she may be owners daughter. I hate writing bad reviews....i guess this isnt all bad tho.

Very friendly & efficient service, I really enjoy going to Iron Grill & the food is amazing! My husband & I finally got a night away from our three kids & we knew we wanted to go to dinner somewhere, but were very tired of the some old thing that we usually get at the typical burger places. We defiantly were in the mood for something different, & then I remembered about the Iron Grill in Covington! We left there so full that our bellies hurt from over eating so much, when foods are really good its hard to stop eating even when your full.. Yes I recommend Iron Grill & yes we will defiantly be going there again, they dont disappoint.

This place has some of the cheapest owners ever. 1.50 oversized bowls 1.50 to share a bowl on top of the full bowl price. They offer but dont have medium bowls so get big or kids sized. You get a small portion of meat that THEY portion for you. Eating before sunset puts the sun right in your eyes. Food came out half burnt, screaming kids and the staff looked pissed off at the world. Never coming here again cant recommend it to anyone. These owners dont care about the restaurant just the money. I wonder how much they charge to use the bathroom.

Good selection and ingredients at good price overall for all bowl sizes. Free drink refills, all you can eat options, clean restrooms, and friendly customer service most all times I have visited. Fast but thorough chefs at the grill, and always fresh ingredients. A+. Dining room can be excessively loud however depending on occupancy. Bad for individuals with hearing aids or for casual conversation due to noise. Good selection of meats as well as Tofu / vegetarian options.

Went here once, it was a good experiance and I would dine here again. It is really similar to the mongolian grill in the fact that you pick out what you want to eat, put it in a bowl, and hand it off to get cooked on a large grill in the back. You can watch or sit down and wait depending on how many people are here. A bit expensive, but worth it since you get to customize your food and you wouldnt have to drive out to Federal Way to get some Mongolian Grill.

Above average food but the prices seem a bit expensive for this type of place. Well only go once in a rare while. Its hard to fork over $50 for a family of four for a quick meal. We usually eat vegetarian, so were paying a killing for chopped up vegetables. The prices put it on par with a place like PF Changs. Id rather go to PF Changs. Alternatively, $50 can buy us a few days worth of groceries.

This place is fantastic. The food is exactly what you make it, with fresh ingredients that is cooked perfectly by the staff working the grill behind the counter. The owner and his staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. My wife and I have been frequenting this restaurant for some time and will continue to do so. I would recommend this place to anyone.
