I have been coming to Crossroads for food for 20 years and bulgogi used to be one of my favorites. Recently I came to try (new owners I assume) and: 1. food was pricier than others in crossroad 2. chicken portion was ridiculously small, like 4oz (rice and lettuce was bigger as if that hides things). 3. chicken was nearly tasteless. i tried two different sauces. I had to just toss the damn thing and go spend money on another lunch from a different food court place. It was a very expensive lunch and I was seriously unhappy. I have no idea what is going on here but the worse the food gets, the higher they raise the price and I am pretty sure they are going to sell off the store again. The store owner kept crowing on how fountain drink is cheaper by 25cent than bottle drink. Not realizing I was just trying to support the local store by paying so much for soda fountain instead of walking to QFC and buying a bottle of diet coke for half the price. Not realizing people dont buy bottle drinks since they can just walk to QFC. It is sad sad sad (I used to walk to QFC to buy my drink while waiting for food, now a days I try to support my favorite food store via fountain drinks). Some times I wonder these bad performing stores are just a money laundry front. They have no customers, bad food, but stay in business for quiet sometime.

My girlfriend and I live in the Bellevue and he told me that this place is the best kbbq ever, so I wanted to try it out. This is thee BEST kbbq spot and my girlfriend didnt lie about it. Next time were back in WA, I definitely would come back. Great food and great service!
