I just came from this Panda Express Drive Thru on Watt Ave around 9:30pm. I order 2 entre. . all noodles, orange chicken and beijing beef. The girl that took my order was amazing and provided spectacular customer service!! I say this now because the Beijing Beef was going to take 5 mins. I was willing to wait. I got to the window and ended up waiting more than 10 and she offered me water even though I didnt order it which was so sweet. She even threw in a couple wontons and a veggie eggroll to makeup for it! Ive got to say Im impressed! ❤

Last week I ordered chow mein and grilled teriyaki chicke and both of them were burned with that nasty burn taste. Didnt have time to go back to return it. Had to wait for the chicken more than 5 min and as a result chicken tasted horrible. And on many occasions they seem to not to care about the food looking or tasting good. Many times either the onion was huge in meals,or chunks of cabbage,or some veggies completely raw. Wont be going here anymore

Good Chinese dishes fast food style. Staff is very efficient. All dishes are fresh except, oddly enough, for the steamed vegetables. If you can wait they will cook fresh for you. My only complaint thus far is when a worker tried to pick up my entire order in two hands and ended up smashing the boxes. Everything spilled and leaked all over my car. Now I watch for this and stop them to keep it from happening again.

So this place starts serving food to customers that came in after us. Weve been waiting for our food nobody likes to be skipped. Horrible service and the Panda on Date has way better quality cooks. So weird the food is so much better at that one you just cant find a parking spot. And wow now I just got home with my food and they got my order wrong. I will never eat at this restaurant again.

I attempted to call this store since the rice was terrible. The lady hung up on my face. I called back, it just rings, and hangs up, is even the busy tone?! They lost my business. Look at this poor excuse for fried rice. What a shame of a company. Note: my friend ordered it and brought it home. Im to far to go back for a couple bucks of rice.

The Beijing Beef was nice, but i paid 1.25 extra for the 5 Flavor shrimp. I was served exactly 5 shrimp. Wow, never doing that again. I feel pretty taken advantage of. Sorry P.E. Youre off of my go-to too tired to cook list. I work far too hard for those dollars to pay extra for a dish and have its space over filled with only, so so chow mein.

They say open til 10:30, but at after waiting 10 minutes in drive thur-"no more pot stickers because we are cleaning up amd no more chow mein". Why are you even open til then if you done have a full menu??? You are just feeding people scraps at full price. YOU SUCK!!!!

I bought 2 sides of broccoli beef and half rice and half chow main to go. When I got home it was not even half of the plate, the broccoli was not even cook and few pieces of beef and the chow main was not even cook right. I am so disappointed.

Decent Chinese style fast food. Tonight wasnt very warm but, I dont usually EVER have an issue, except for the Panda at Sunrise & Cirby. That one is awful!! Sub par food & incompetent service.
