Yes, the taste of food is important as well as the cleanliness of the facility; however, the single most important factor for me in a restaurant is CUSTOMER SERVICE, which this Olive Garden lacks. In planning a training for my students, I wanted to take them all out to eat for a session. With taking eleven students out to eat and paying for them, I called to make accommodations to ensure it fit in their schedule. This location, even though their yelp page says they make reservations, failed to do this for me. They would allow me to do call ahead seating, but couldnt promise it would be available for me and the group when I arrived and we could have to wait for over an hour. Even when speaking with the sales manager, on Sunday, July 19th, to explain the situation I got no help. He rudely said we could wait. This is not the kind of service to offer your community Olive Garden. After basically getting hung up on by Olive Garden, I received great customer service from Macaroni Grill in Elk Grove, who welcomed our group of students. Even Zocalo and The Old Spaghetti Factory in Midtown were willing to accommodate us. Shame on you Olive Garden and your rude employees for bad customer service and falsely saying you take reservations. How hard would it have been to just accept our group and act as if you care on the phone.

THE SERVICE AND FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I will NOT ever go back to the Olive Garden on 1780 Challenge Way Sacramento, CA 95815 First i called to get the early seating and an employee picked up the phone before i could get to the options and he rudely told me i have to call an hour before i come in and not to call him about it. THEN...My boyfriend and I went in, The place was so Slow, there were about 6 tables, thats it!!!! It took the Hostess 10 MINUTES to seat us and not only that, there were about 6 different employees just standing there watching us wait at the door to be seated!! Once we sat, we put our order in and we got cheese raviolis with meat sauce, Once it finally came out, THERE WAS ENOUGH SAUCE FOR 1 RAVIOLI!!!! RIDICULOUS! So we asked the waiter for more sauce and he only had 2 tables. We waited for 15 minutes, so finally we asked him again and he said "Oh hey man, sorry about that, i totally forgot" Overall, I will not ever come back to this Olive Garden! Everything was OVERLY PRICED, HORRIBLE SERVICE and when you walk in or get seated, THE PLACE IS TOO HOT/STUFFY, UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS AND ALL AROUND UNCOMFORTABLE/AWKWARD. I RECOMMEND NOT COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!

There is no surprise that theres a wait time, I drove past a couple times anxious to try this place but the line was pretty hectic so had to pass, but today the wait was only 20 minutes which wasnt bad. The Smoke Mozzarella looked way better then it tasted unfortunately. My significant other liked her curry glazed salmon which is good. The blueberry Limota was very tasty a mixture of sweet and tart, made up for the not so tasteful dish. The desert was awesome!!! You have to try the Tiranisu its full of goodness, the cocoa had my taste buds going wild. The waiter Anisa was friendly and professional kind of slow to get our food and drinks but its okay. Overall I would say 4 out of 5. The variety of deserts and drinks are a 5.

Wow this place is hopping! I havent seen a restaurant this busy for a long time. We had reservations and still had to wait about 25 mins for our table. The lobby was packed with people waiting outside. When we left about 90 minutes later, there was still people coming in constantly! Our server was excellent and very personable and friendly. He did a great job with our large party of 14 and was there when we needed him. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was delicious. It was also on their lower calorie meal options but it didnt taste like low cal to me. I took one star off due to our long wait even with reservations.

Wait time was minimal but the interior was torn apart & dirty looking. We ordered 3 appetizers: calamari, fried risotto, fried mozzarella sticks; each of them were under cooked with anemic looking breading. Our salad was overly dressed with the veggies being limp along with all tomatoes being borderline green. The bread sticks were overcooked & hard & chewy. Our entrees took forever & the fettuccine pasta was under cooked & my daughter couldnt eat her Mac n cheese bc of the powdery flavor & the fries were soggy as well. Not a good experience as this was my family birthday dinner & I was very disappointed.

The place was too cold, asked for lemon on the side the waiter threw it in my cup himself, when our waiter Arturo brought out our soup he didnt even bring out the bread sticks or ask if we wanted any, then the manager came to ask us how r we, we asked for bread sticks...she brought us two bread sticks, one for me one for my wife, its just annoying to ask for something that they are supposed to be responsible for! I dont know if they treated us like this because of our race, we were planning to leave a tip but were too unsatisfied with the service!

Olive Garden! Ah its so nice that you guys are here for people like me that cant afford fancy italian restaurant charging $20 per dish. This is a clean restaurant located across arden mall. Safe location. Came in here and was sat down immediately! Ordered the eggplant parmigiana and the best part is free bread sticks! Ate a bunch of them, probably more than I should have.I feel like 3% bread now. The food came out quickly and was made really well. Great place to grab a bite if youre in the mood for Italian and dont want pizza

I went there there with my friends and family to celebrate my birthday. Here is what I think: 1. The waiting line in the weekend was very long. We waited about 45-50 minutes. 2. The place had a weird smell. Well, not pleasant to me. 3. The chairs are not comfortable. 4. The service is really good and the staff is very quick, polite and understanding. 5. The food tasted good but some of the dishes were not served hot. Overall, we had a good time but it is not the best.

We eat here about 6 times a year. Never had bad service. The food is great but I wish their menu didnt changes so often. Ive had many of my favorites dissappear. But the good news is they usually have something new thats good. I will say that the parking lot at this location has very thin parking spaces. Many people have to just park over lines and I see a lot of people purposely take 2 spaces. It would be nice if they could repaint wider parking spaces.

Ive always love going to Olive Garden, so about 2 weeks ago, I went and after waiting about 45 minutes, my party was seated. I usually order the soup and salad, which is always yummy. I was really disappointed because it was cold. Plus the server brought me the wrong soup. I usually try all the soups. My kids usually get mac and cheese, which they didnt eat because it looked like it was microwaved. I will not be going at this location anymore.
