Okay dont get me wrong i really 5 guys. Nice fat burger with tons of stuff on it. But they have messed up my order 3x in the past couple of month...most egregious was on my last visit, ordered the 2 patty bad boy with bacon all the way, and added mushrooms and jalapenos.... got my burger most noticeable was missing bacon that i had to pay for...showed the guy my burger no apologies... He says so you want some bacon? Me...ummm yeh i paid for it. Hes scraping the bacon tray and gives me some crumbs of bacon and tells me i am making more give 5 minutes...so i am munching on my fries and waiting for the bacon...start inspecting my burger to see if i am missing something... find out....no tomatoes either...this happened to me before as well, one time no bacon, one time no tomatoe...they better not serve blts here someone is going to be eating a lettuce sandwich

Fries are fresh like in & it BUT WAY BETTER, thick & crispy. The hamburgers are juicy & natural flavors of a genuine hamburger meat. Theyre decently priced $6-8 with fries. I had a bacon cheeseburger with sautéed mushrooms & onions, A-1 sauce & all the regular burger trimmings, you can have it ANY WAY to your liking, FREE. Everything was prefect like if I was to make it home from scratch. You can enjoy peanuts while you wait (which is awesome) & their milkshakes are the same price although you can have any flavors, mix & match or ALL the flavors, FREE! (You can even add bacon to it for $0.75) Basically its priced around Carls jr or in & out. This place us better because the wait isnt as ridiculous as in & out burger and theyre burgers are thicker than ALL fast food & have more options to add without being charged extra

I only gave it one star because of the Gold Peak green tea they serve that was the best part of my meal. I paid $38 for 2 burgers, 1 large frie, 1 drink, and 1 artificially tasting milkshake. This whole meal was gross the burger lacked flavor not even the bacon gave salt to the burger i am so dissappointed i want a refund it was not worth the money i spent. My cheese wasnt even melted and it was amaerican cheese disgusting for the price i expected at least a middle aged cheddar. The whole experience at five guys was terrible dont come/go here its not worth it even the fries lacked flavor. If your in or near sacramento i suggest going to suzie burger downtown a little pricey but well worth it i could have spent $38 there and been happy and full. DONT GO HERE WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT I CANT.

So this was my first five guys experience and I have to say, if you like this place I do not understand u... its basically an in n out rip off, the inside looks almost identical, the burgers r just burgers with nothing unique about them at all, and for two people it was almost twenty bucks! Ouch! Lastly, on a smaller note, why fill the restaurant with peanuts!!! Do u know how many people out there are allergic to peanuts!?

IMHO, In-n-Out burger is not even close. It is in fact, The best burger I have ever tasted within the fast food chain stores (of course!). The service is Awesome! Free Peanuts for everyone, but I dont recommend eating. Decor is a bit lame, sort of like In-N-Out burger (white/red), so not much to comment on. My son, who is such a picky eater, loves the place so much that he wants to eat 5 guys burgers every other day!

Heard a lot of great things about this place. Was deeply disappointed with our visit. The burgers were pressed into the grill and had almost no taste. For the price I would have expected thick juicy grass fed tasty burgers. The fries were great but fried in peanut oil so be careful if you have peanut allergies. The silver lining was the friendly service.

Thank you for having a veggie option for your non meat eating customers. Basically they provide grilled veggies on a bun with an added cheese option if one prefers it. They were grilled well and tasted good. Hope they come up with an actual veggie burger in the future. The staff are very polite and kept the place clean the whole time we dined in.

If you like Burgers, youll love Five Guys. There is no fast food equivalent. They make burgers which are an order of magnitude better than the next closest competitor. Dont get a hot dog, dont get some one-off derivative. Get a Freaking burger and then try to suppress the embarrassing moans of pleasure which slip out while you eat it.

Was told by my students that their fries are the best. I like that they make their own fries, but the seasoning is a little too intense for me, personally. "Might" try them again whenever I go back to try their burgers. Also, prices are a little higher than expected...like somewhere in-between In-n-Out & Red Robin.

got a huge amount of thick and greasy fries that were seasoned. the burger patty was good quality meat but the burger was a poorly constructed sandwich. flabby bacon with hardly any cheese burger in n out burger has cleaner flavour and is cheaper - way cheaper absolutely not worth it

Way overly salted fries. I called to let them know out of courtesy, but the manager got defensive, telling me that I have the standard amount of salt; how could he know? They definitely need better management training. The fries are great, when you can taste them.

The burgers are super filling, and the variety of toppings is appealing, but it just doesnt have the fresh taste of an In-N-Out burger and the prices add up quickly. The peanuts are a nice bonus and very tasty because of all of the salt.

Not very professional... They dress like there in a nightclub and the food was not worth it!!!!!! In-N-Out Burger way better... very professional there food is always fresh hot and served the clean and professional environment

The employees were friendly and attentive. The store was clean. The burgers tasted great. Took off one star because they forgot a couple of toppings on my "everything" cheese burger. Will absolutely go back regardless.

Love the service, love the food. Heads up, one person cannot possibly eat the large fries solo. Go for medium or small. The shakes are amazing too. I personally go for the Peanut butter and chocolate.

Great tasting burger made to order. Fries hot and in abundance. One problem....a meal for 3 cost me close to $50 buck. The price makes it so you can only return on pay day, it is a bit pricey $$$.

Staff are always warm and welcoming. I enjoy coming here on my lunch break for a fantastic cheeseburger and fries. Restaurant is always clean and tidy.
