Why is panda express fried rice always cold..... they always try to give me the bottom of the pan , Rice is a staple of their menu and they seem to miss the mark every time ..... this is the 3 rd time this has happen to me ...... their food is great , but this time ... they were all gathered by the rice pan and all looked at me like i was crazy for asking for fresh new rice ...... they made me feel very uncomfortable ..... So i just walked out .... if this practice continues they will fail just as Sbarro and other did .... keep fresh rice Always!!!! cover it if you have to .....

Do not let a man named Jesse pack your food. He is a tall man. He spilled some chow mein on the surface where they slide the food trays and picked it up and packed it in the to go box. Also, he dropped some shrimp in a different dish with totally different sauce and again scooped it back up and packed it in the box. To some people it may not bother them, but it triggered me when I saw that. I didnt make a big deal/scene. I just want to be served good quality food and service is all Im trying to say. P.s. Do not stay at 4 points in Natomas. #nobueno

My wife and I stopped for an afternoon lunch after 8 hours on the road. We each got the single entree bowls and the food preparation was excellent. For us it was better than meals at other good quality Panda Express stores. The full array of entrees was artfully prepared.

I suggest you go inside to see what youre about to order. Outside of rush hours, the food sits there for hours untouched and you can tell. If you dont mind the wait, theyll make something fresh upon request. The night staff is very friendly... im addicted to the rangoons!

Terrible customer service. So I walk up from my hotel next door. I ask the lady outside if they were still open. Shes says what time is it. 1001. No closed, I dont have a car so I cant go through the drive through.. No help at all.

Been many times. Love Panda - just not this Panda. Found them shorting my items on a few occasions. Good way to improve their profits at my expense. I dont go to this location anymore.

I waited in the drive thru with my 3 children for 10 minutes for them to say they had only 3 entrees non of which me nor my kids wanted. Very disappointed.
