I have put up with the slow service without much compliant, Going in at 9:15 pm to a restaurant that doesnt quit serving until 10:00 pm standing in line for five minutes and when several others get in line they come up with we are not cooking anymore this is at 9:25 pm so the decision had been made before 9:15 pm not to cook anymore. So all you could get was line left overs. All I know is I want spend anymore of my money here it should be some customer services so you cook smaller portions until 9:45 pm are put it on your website and signs that you quit cooking at 9:15 pm so people understand that all they are getting is going to be leftovers.

If youve grown up eating Cantonese Chinese food you will definitely be disappointed. Panda Express is the Taco Bell of Chinese food. Vegetables are not crisp, items sit too long on the steamer trays. I thought its one redeeming quality would be that its one of the few places in Hollister that serve after 9 p.m. but it only serves leftovers after 9 p.m. . Smaller individual portions on The Late Night menu would go far in this town. I dont eat there anymore after three tries but I would if the late-night menu was fresher. Hope they listen to their customers.....

Slow service---only one server on steam line with 7 people in line waiting. Average wait time is 7 to 10 minutes before they even start filling your plate. This is the third time this has occurred in the pass six months. and tonight there shop had no air conditioning. Total sweat SHOP ---- Menu -----boring no new ingredients or truly new plates----

Awful. My wife just came back. She asked for sweet and sour pork and the woman their said very snarky "we dont have any pork products." On top of that theyve chosen not to include any type of meat in their chow-mien or rice. Worst Panda Express EVER.

NO EGGPLANT, so if your vegan/veggi you get mixed stramed veggies and that is it. Every other store Ive ever been to has a decent menu and this place acted like I was insane for requesting it.
