i ordered chowmein, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. first off why in the world all panda express i visit WORKERS DONT WEAR GLOVES/ HEADWEAR. second, orange chicken or more like fried dough in orange chicken sauce i ordered 2 plates and out of both of them we found only 3 pieces of chicken other were just dough. on the good side in this panda express it wasnt artic cold. i have been to the one on arden and howe ave God its cold there. the chowmein wasnt dry or bland. in other panda express i had been served dry tasteless chowmein. the walnut shrimp were very juicy and tasty. for food i will put 3.5 stars because of orange chicken. for sanitary i put 0 stars.

If you plan on eating dinner here DONT go to this panda express. I just walked in to get some food after work and they were out of half the food.even though dinner is close to closing if it says your open you should have food. The store manager didnt care at all she was just trying go home. I even asked if she needed a new employee becuase i figured they need help if there low on food and she just said NO and looked at me like some criminal or trouble maker even tho i work right next to this panda. Just poor service overall. If you dont have half the food then why are you still open??

This is by far the worst Panda Express in the area. They give you about a third of the portions that other locations and the food is mildly warm... The worst thing of all is how they always seem to have this place understaffed, forcing the employees to juggle multiple things at once at the expense of quality food and service. It seems that the main issues all stem from the franchise owner. I would recommend you drive to the Madison location or the one on Foothills Blvd. I live within a 5 minute walking distance, however, I will never come here again..

Complete and utter cluster f***. Totally disorganized. Food is either over cooked or under cooked. Portion sizes were stingy. This location is the worst in Sacramento. I have given them 3 tries with 3 strikes...they are out. Always have to wait for terrible food and terrible service. Plus the restaurant itself was filthy all 3 times I was in there. The employees act as if you are an inconvenience. Dont go here!!!!!!!

This location is horrible. Extremely long wait time and food was not fresh. Shrimp was dry with no sauce and 3 out of the 6 (they counted out) had no breading. Orange chicken was dry and when I asked for extra sauce I was told teriyaki sauce was over there..... For orange chicken? Dont waste your time here better off at the sizzling wok in Bel Air across the street.

Chinese fast food that is fast and simulates Chinese food that we all love very well. Not expensive and plenty good dishes to be had here. Famous for their Orange Chicken but my personal favorite is their Kung Pao Chicken. Everytime you come here there are no surprises, if you liked it last time, you will lile it this time.

The food was good the wait staff was kind of rude when they took our order then they stopped what they were doing to go help this other guy who had already placed his order and had his food I made us wait at least 5 minutes before they came back to take finish our order which they had to ask us what we wanted all over again

horrible dinning experience! worse wait of all time! the manager is super stingy, paid $1.50 to get walnut shrimp and got 6 very small shrimps and like two walnuts! chow mien was burnt too! ugh! wish there was another panda near by! dont want to drive to watt ave and Roseville for better service and more food.

Lobe the food and there is lots of it....I just seem to notice that more and more less fortunate people are hanging out in the parking lot..On the shady side of the building.. Love the food..but dont want to be haggled on the way in to eat...love the food..

Came in for an online pick up and my order wasnt ready yet, even though I was 5 minutes early still the manager came out personally while they cooked my food and gave me a drink cup and apologized for the wait. I assured her it was perfectly fine!

This place is ridiculous! I got charged 4.95$ for 6 pieces of honey walnut shrimp!! How much more of a rip off can this get!? If you plan to go here dont buy the shrimp or youll be very disappointed
