只能说完全为了美国人改变了川菜的味道，点了份担担面，上菜时就在面上放了些勾芡的咸咸的酱，盘子两边是榨菜末和红干辣椒末，没有芝麻，没有葱花没有哨子，完全认不出来。其他两个菜已经无意点评了。如果不是太饿，我估计不可能坚持吃完。整体感觉就是：特咸

Tasty Szechuan dishes. Husband always gets the orange chicken. I like their Ma Po tofu, hot and sour soup, crispy salt and pepper calamari (note the peppers are jalapeño peppers), Han Gen Vegetarian Special (spicy tofu and green beans). We get delivery from here fairly often, but havent actually dined-in yet! Delivery turnaround time for downtown Mountain View is very fast.

General Tsos chicken,was very good, lots of flavor and had that subtle crunch you look for with tender dark meat. The sauce with thick, but not overly sweat and had nice chunks of garlic and whole chilies. It was prepared fast, in about 5 minutes, fantastic. The menu is certainly more American Chinese then wholly/deep Szechaun, but is executed well.

The closest match to Kolkata Chinese (Tangra). But not all dishes are a clone, but some specifics like chicken sweet corn soup, firecracker fish, gravy chowmin etc will remind you of Kolkata China town for sure. Placed in the MTV downtown in a great location. Large round tables are available for large party dining.

Just finished dinner at Hangen. The food is really horrible. At 6:30PM Friday everning, only 5 people were having dinner, including three of us. The food was poor and not fresh. No service at all. They dont know how to cook. Very salty. It was a very horrible experience. I would never go there again!!!

The place is clean, selections are plenty, portions are large, service is good, and prices are very reasonable. Even though its secialty is Szechuan spicy cuisine, there are plenty of non-spicy dishes that are delicious. Smoked duck, lettuce wraps with chicken, and chicken salad are just a few examples.

Really terrible. The sesame chicken was simply fried bread. There was no meat in the dish at all. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It seems like the place is going down hill, too. We were the only ones in the restaurant eating on a busy night at other restaurants nearby.

Its regular Chinese restaurant with decent food. Their mapho tofu was best among other chinese restaurants nearby. Decor can be updated. Also no silvers unless you ask (not even chopstick) l. I thought it was my table but then noticed even others were asking for chopstick, spoon, fork etc

Finally! A Chinese place that we like! It is quite greasy and the crab rangoons have a hint of crab taste (not good or bad, just a note), but definitely more our style. The General Tsaos Chicken in particular was quite good, and they delivered in 30 minutes for only $2 delivery fee!

The food here is very good. Especially for the price. The portion sizes are generous. We ordered family style, and had plenty of food to take home. The service is a little slow when it came to ordering and drinks. Once the order was placed, the food came out fairly quickly.

Food is decent and consistent, but restaurant is always empty looking. Maybe going at the wrong times, however this place still survives so many restaurants that have closed down for new ones on Castro Street. Good walnut shrimp and hot and spicy soup.

Was there for business lunch after meeting. Very pleasant surprise. Taste is authentic, service is fast and price is fair. Cannot go wrong. We were all sweaty from the spicy food. Give it a try if in doubt.
