They must have changed management. I used to love this restaurant, but something changed recently. The Dim Sum is soggy and not hot. The to-go packaging consisting of a Styrofoam package must be costly as they crammed 12 BBQ pork buns into one when obviously they should have used 2. Now my buns are all squished together and gross. I should add that the Shrimp-fried rice that they charge you an extra $1.50 for? It tastes like normal cooked fried rice with some frozen shrimp added and mixed around. Not flavorful and not even warm when I got it. So disappointing. The delivery guy came and the total was $25.00 after a $4.00 delivery charge. Usually they are very friendly, but this guy barely said a word. When I handed him 2 x $20 bills I expected the usual "You need change?". I received none as he started to walk away. I said "Hey, do I get a receipt?" Hoping he will look at the amount and realize that he should offer me some change. Instead, he takes the receipt, tears off the portion with only my name and address on it, and takes the entire rest of the paper with him as he literally RUNS AWAY? Is he paid so little that he has to steal my money? Unfortunately, this is the absolute last time I will ever eat at this place, after nearly 3 years of doing so. I should add that I called them first and asked for a manager so I could complain to them in person, but none were available. When I informed the person on the phone that if I could not speak to a manager I would be writing about this online, they simply said "Good!" and hung up the phone. Last night my family and I ordered from Jade again. When the food arrived the food driver claimed he had no changed and I was forced to give him my change. Moving on the quality of the food was very low and very cold. (Second time) To make matters worst the pork was questionable and was not what we ordered. I called the establishment to ask for my money back and there was no answers. Defeated, I thought I would try the next day. Well this afternoon, I called Jade and encountered a very rude loud talking woman who challenged me over the phone to "come see here about my meal" . So I arrived at the shabby green shack a few minutes later and she began to speak making a complete ass out of herself. For example, she claimed refunds are same day; however she then claimed to busy to deal to pick up phone last night. I really just looked at this woman and saw how thirsty she was. My victory..... keep the 40 dollars Ma... tell me to contact online.. lol So here is the deal.. the establishment does not match photo, food is low quality and questionable, rude service, what you pay for is not what you receive. There are no refunds.

Delivery man showed up and attempted to tell me my order was 3 dollars more than it really was and was unable to do the math to count back proper change , or was trying to pull one over on me , either way rediculous. The food was pretty bad. Shrimp was super slimey, domsum was so greesy and oily I had to throw it out, rice was dried out,veggies frozen nothing fresh. Stamach hurt afterwards. Called to let the restaurant know, wasnt asking for anything because of the bad food, just wanted them to know as I spent 25 bucks there..woman who spoke with me was very rude and disrespectful , never apologized for the bad experience or food and hung up on me. Never again and I suggest people go where customers are treated with respect and th food doesnt suck or leave you with a stomach ache, and maybe a business that can handle basic math skills when making a transaction. Awful they should be ashamed of their buisness and food.

We decided to give this place a try after the China Doll was no more, Bad Food, Rude Service, played dumb when asked a simple question about Sub-gum ordered Almond chicken expecting the crisp thin sliced breast turned out to be the premade round nuggets a lot use these days more breading then cheap chicken Mondays at Albertson for REAL, Beef & Broccoli was as many described barely cooked broccoli and unflavored beef, sweet and sour pork same as the chicken pre-made frozen not fresh fried and succulent crispy as should have been, the pork fried rice was saturated with grease and seemed old do to crunchy rice, the sweet and sour sauce for pork was goopy and very little taste, the almond chicken gravy was greasy and no flavor at all glad I tasted it before I put it on my chicken, the tea was decent LOL for $38.00 for two people it was a waste, intent to return ZERO! miss the old China Doll

Having ordered here in the past, They usually have pretty decent food (With some inconsistency).. Today i think was the final blow to a decently long relationship. Ordered the dinner meal #1 which has been good in the past. a few bites in found a steel wire (Similar to a staple but thicker?) with some rust on it lodged in the roof of my girlfriends mouth. Needless to say, i think thatll seal the deal on my Chinese food cravings for a while. I really hope they can take the steps they need to make sure this kind of stuff does not happen. Its rare im sure, but were the unlucky ones in this case. I spoke with the manager on the phone, she had a hard time understanding what I was trying to say and seemingly played dumb in the situation. She suggested she would refund the order but I have yet to see anything done on that.

Worst Chinese food Ive had. This is the Chinese food you would expect from a ©Target food court. The almond breaded chicken is merely chicken nuggets with a bucket of yellow sauce. Both the hot n sour soup and Mongolian beef have no heat/spiciness at ALL (and that is verified by my girlfriend who thinks Tabasco cheez-its are spicy, and my 7yo daughter who is even more sensitive to hot). Anyone giving this a positive rating has clearly never had decent Chinese food. In the everett area, try Beijing Garden, on rucker, or the place across from value village on rucker, at about 65th. THOSE, are good chinese places. This place is rubbish, Peking duck is the other great one (near 65th). ...again,...worst,...ever. Ill say, delivery was prompt, though I wish it had never come.

Food was horrible, delivered late and when to call in to see when order will arrive the lady was very rude and hung up on me. Called in the next day to talk to manager and he was rude to me, never apologized to me and basically told me as a paying customer I have to accept when a working employee is rude to me because they are stressed and resturant work is hard. Which I understand the employees are stressed and work hard but you dont take it out on the customers. Then when talking to the guy trying to explain how I thats not right he just hands the phone to another employee. Just in shock at how rude the employees are. Im on to always stick up for employees when they might be a little rude and under stress. By far the rudest employees ever!!
