I dont ever write reviews but I just called this place and the lady who answered the phone was beyond rude. Its New Years Eve so I knew places were going to be busy so I absolutely had no problem waiting for my order. I wanted to place an order for pickup and at first the lady interrupted me and started talking to someone else asking if she should take my order or not(how rude is that while Im listening in!). Then, I started to place my order and before I could even finish she would interrupt me again and start taking to someone else! Then she would get mad at me for not ordering but of course I stopped talking because she was talking to someone else! As Im finally trying to place my last order (after being interrupted every second) she tells me, "listen you need to hurry up and just order because I have a line of people waiting on you". I couldnt believe the rudeness so I just told her to cancel my order and Id go elsewhere. I have no idea about the food but customer service is the most important part of running a business and because of this lady, I will NEVER go here!

I have tried this place a half dozen times over the years and have yet to be please with what I received. I always ordered take out as I am usually coming home from work and close to home. For the life of me I cant understand the 4 and 5 star ratings from other reviewers. I am not penalizing it for being a little strip mall, hole in the wall, place. I am not knocking it down for not being a fancy restaurant. My review is just about the food. They do have a large menu so maybe I havent figured out what this place does well. Id rather get Chinese food from Safeway grocery store than this place, and Safeway isnt good Chinese food. Ugh. There are better options even one within a block or two from here. I wont give business name on PCs Restaurants review but Google can assist you further.

This is what we ordered: Cashew chicken, General Tsos Chicken (very spicy), Fried Wontons, and BBQ Fried Rice. The fried wontons tasted good, but werent worth the price. The fried rice could have used just a little more flavor, but the consistency and texture was perfect. With a little soy sauce, it tasted incredible. The General Tsos and Cashew Chicken entrees were excellent. They tasted fresh and delicious. We will probably return to PC when we feel like Chinese takeout again. Remember, you have to order over $50 worth of food for delivery, which isnt too hard to do if youre ordering for a family or for friends. Overall, wed prefer some slightly cheaper prices, but thats hard to find in these types of restaurants anyway. We were still very satisfied with what we purchased.

This is the best Chinese food I have had the privilege to eat! I enjoyed the Almond Chicken. Everything was prepared perfectly and was clean. What do I mean by clean; Each ingredient could be individually tasted and the balance of seasoning did not overpower the flavor of the food and all the ingredients. Secondly, the food was cooked perfectly! The vegetables were crisp and flavorful, the chicken was some of the most tender Ive tasted and the I was served both fried rice and traditional sticky rice. I was served a spring roll which was crisp on the outside and tender, but not over cooked on the inside. Additionally, we were served HOT green tea which stayed hot through the entire meal. Additional fresh tea was also provided towards the end of the meal.

Not good. I tried this place twice and even went a la carte after my first disappointing experience -- figured, what the heck, Id pay for what should have been the good stuff. Bland food. Tasteless, even. I dont remember the first dish but I had the Happy Family (chicken, beef and pork) the second time around. The pork I knew was that barbecue pork stuff you get at the store, the packaged stuff. The pork was old and dry, had probably been sitting in the fridge for who knows how long. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, fool me twice, I cant get fooled again!

The food worth way more than what they charge. It was my first time there, I was a bit skeptical about the place. I felt like Mapo Tofu, so I tried ordering it even it wasnt on the menu. I even got a free hot and sour soup. Then they brought me an individual dish of Mapo Tofu and a plate of rice with an egg roll. From my experience, that didnt look like 5.95 lunch special would serve. The food was not bad, but since I ordered it off the menu, I prepared to pay a lot more. Turned out it was just 5.95. Really good deal for this level of Chinese food.

I did not get what I ordered..No gravy with my egg foo young and my chow mein noodles were extremely hard, not to mention there were not even put together as a meal...I ordered vegetable chow mein and the woman that took my order via telephone gave me something totally different from what I usually get...I called to tell her that my order was partially incorrect, and she replied "sorry thats what you ordered"...

So glad we came in!! It was late, 8:15pm Friday night and really desiring to have Chinese Food. We walked in to another place across the street at 8:10pm, who told us " they close soon -9oclock,take out only. Ugh..we walked out. We were warmly welcomed at PC Restaurant and the gracious host was comical and lighthearted. Had us laughing.and well-fed in no time!

Food was good. I got delivered the wrong order and they did come back to bring the correct item but asked for the wrong item back... it was shrimp soup sitting out for an hour! Asked the delivery guy if they will serve this to another customer and he said not sure, manager just asked me to pick up the soup. Really!?

This restaurant has excellent food and friendly employees. I live just up the hill and only recently tried PC Restaurant for the first time. Since then, Ive already been back twice for take out. The vegetables are perfectly cooked and every dish Ive tried was well seasoned. Ill definitely be back again soon.

I ordered take-out once, and caught the owner try to over-charge. He denied saying he was adding tax but then he added tax at the end anyway. It was only $ 1 more but it was the principle that mattered. I will never go back and if you are planimg to dine here, check your bill carefully!!

This is my favorite place for Chinese food. I love coming here with friends. We all get a couple dishes then share with each other. The proportions leave you with lots of leftovers for the next day. My favorites are the double fried pork, salt and pepper fried fish, and walnut shrimp.

The food is good compare to other near by resturant. The dish offer a good portion enough to make you full. Friendly Chef and friendly stuffs. Comfortable seating area. Beef Chow Fun is very good. Very authentic Hong Kong Style. Our family become the regular diners here.

This place was simply amazing. Best won ton soup Ive eaten in a LONG time and the rest of the food was just so delicious! We had the sweet and sour chicken and the house special chow mein and everything was so good, freshly made and absolutely full of flavor!
