No one knows Vegetarian Indian food like Pabla Indian Cuisine. They have the best vegetarian Indian cooking in all of the greater Seattle area, offering a lunch buffet which is a Journey through the best of vegetarian Indian Cooking, with vegetarian choices that are delectable, healthful, and all vegetable based foods, of authentic recipes to the Indian subcontinent. And, they also have an Indian grocery market connected to their great restaurant to shop for authentic ingredients from India to make your own dishes at home.

I decided to take two stars away from my original 5 star review. I will leave my original review below because we like the food they cook and meant what I said, but two days ago we had an experience that will probably keep us from going back at least for now. We ate there with excitement because we hadnt been able to go as often as we used to and bumped into two Food Inspectors. They checked everything and at the end gave the restaurant the worst grade on their list “Needs Improvement “

This is a wonderful restaurant for those seeking authentic Indian food. The owners go out of their way to make you feel special. The atmosphere is elegant without being stuffy. The buffet offers great value and offerings of the menu. If you call in a take out it is ready very quickly. I am vegan and I like my food very spicy. They remember me and they go out of their way to offer you food as you would like it. The food cost is very reasonable and there is a coupon on Indian Times.

It was a very bad one. Here today the service was very bad the people were very unprofessional and as we were having the buffet the service staff told us that they will be closing the buffet in 10 mins just when we started our food and they started to vacuum and clean while we were eating ,and the bill was given while we were eating ..and we had to rush ,very unhappy about the service.but have to say the food was awesome and delicious.Five stars for the chef.

Nearly the best ever. Food is awesome and one of the only vegan available down in our area. Service is great, atmosphere is ok, value is good. We tend not to stray from our faves, so the buffet is perfect opportunities to try different dishes. Delicious. Love the little store off the side. We buy the frozen naan/piriani etc breads for home. Water is pretty gritty, but Im used to filtered, so might just be me.

I was hesitant about going here because I had read reviews that said the service was bad, but the service was fine. One of the servers grinned ear to ear and the other guy was pleasant. The food is pretty good, although the somosas were crisp on the outside and could have been better on the inside. All in all, worth checking out.

Ive never had Indian food before and Im not a vegetarian, but really good food in what seems like a legitimately authentic atmosphere. We had the lunch buffet and at the prices they charge I could probably eat them out of business. I came right after they closed the lunch so I cant really judge the service, but overall great food!

Pretty terrible buffet. 9.99 is way too much for a meat-less buffet lunch. The ironic part is there also arent very many vegetables! Its all curry dishes (mostly sauces), and some fried veggies/veggie samosas. The curries themselves are very heavy, and are bland. Flavorful yes, but not at all spicy. I would not go back.

Kosher vegetarian India food who knew! Food is tasty. Didnt like the fried vegetable dish which wasnt fried vegetables at all but a potato based mash. Need larger bowls for desert which are miniscule. Service is a little surly. Well stocked Indian grocery adjoins. Price is a couple dollars more than I expected.

This place deserves no stars at all ...before you buy any thing from the grocery side ... please check the dates in the product they sell expired stuff ... hope they aint cooking from the stuff they sell on the store for the restaurant... never ever going back there ...health department needs to check them out

Love the food! Love that they accommodate for allergies. Dont love that when they got the order incorrect and did not include our two orders of NAAN (pick up order), they suggested we were not telling the truth. Tip: Check your order before you leave the restaurant.

It was ok. I have a friend with meat avoidance issues (not me) recommend it. He loved the non-meat based menu items. I found it less interesting but not bad. I would eat here again if the gang wanted to go but wouldnt make it my destination of choice.

I tried chhole bhature they were okay but Bhindi masala was very low standard like just fried Bhindi mixed with half sauted onions no flavour at all......and they need to update their menu prices on the Google everything is 2 bucks more expensive

Great selection of authentic Indian food. I love that theres a store attached to buy your own ingredients. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Food is great and this location is vegetarian, although their other locations serve meat as well.

I great place for vegetarian and vegan dishes, with reasonable prices. I like after buffet quality better but the prices are higher. The restaurant Saag Paneer is wonderful and its also available for sale in their grocery area. A must buy!

Buffet is not so great as there are hardly any choices and food is blend and cold . The staff needs to be courteous ( specially the lady with curly hair needs to be really polite with customers (even if you had a bad day)).

Delicious food. The buffet is a great deal but good luck getting a drink order! Going at night for sit down service was like night and day, they were attentive, friendly, and weve tried several lassies and loved them!

Terrific food, friendly people, nice atmosphere. An important kosher resource for the Seattle Jewish community. I have gone for dinner twice this summer and once for lunch. Consistently excellent, healthy food.

I tried the Thali today #72. The Samosa was refried.. overcooked oily.. curries tasted stale and food as not fresh. You need to go another place to taste Indian food. Ambience is bad too..

Quality vegetarian and vegan dishes, with reasonable prices. Its definitely a 5 star, in my book, being that not only isnt there many vegan places to eat, but their food is also great!

Sometimes the service can be a little slow but the food is always tasty and very much authentic Indian cuisine from the Punjab. The pabla social soup in particular is excellent.

Nice Indian cuisines available, they have a lunch buffet which is very affordable. They also have a small shopping mart for Indian spices and ingredients inside the restaurant.

Great customer service, vegetarian and the food was delicious and fulfilling. Prices are reasonable, even in the grocery store located on the other side of the restaurant.

I eat here about twice a week and I have never been dissatisfied. When I eat at pabla, I feel healthful. The portions are very generous and the flavor unmatched.
