Patti the Manager will go out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful experience here. Years ago, I had an assistant mgr there tell me I had to pay for half of my lobster that had poop in it since I ate half of it before getting to the poop filled part. I made a call to talk to the manager, Patti, who ushered me in with apologies and a much more impressive experience and refund on my return. The food is great, the atmosphere is great and the other employees share in Pattis energy and positive vibe. I enjoy coming here for celebratory dinner and lunches and always say hi to Patti. I will continue to come here for seafood meals before considering anywhere else, even the Lobster in Santa Monica.

I just have to say all these STARS are because of Cody. He was our waiter last Sunday night when we were there to celebrate my Mom-In-Laws birthday. He was super attentive and kind. He went out of his way not just to make sure our food was served promptly but he was informative, and quick and kept coming to check on us with a smile. Great personality and that made her night even more special. We truly appreciate the service. Great job! By far one of the best service weve ever had in a restaurant.

The food was tasty but the service is HORRIBLE. One of our plates was incomplete and when I pointed it out the waiter said "we ran out, sorry". I had to get up from the table to ask for the silverware because we had none. The waiter would dissapear on us. He never came to offer drink refills or if we needed anything else. My family and have been going to Red Lobster for years but this particular restaurant DOES NOT DESERVE MY MONEY. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS BRANCH.

The food was as I expected I wouldnt normally come here but I had a gift card to use. The food was good and the waiter was able to make multiple substitutions and "upgrades" without batting an eye. The service was ok a little slow and alcoholic beverages took extremely long to come out, he also seemed to be going thru the motions. The food I got was food and fresh. The place is quite and seems a little dead but I went on a weeknight. I probably wont be back

The only reason I still go is for the biscuits, otherwise my experience there was unsatisfactory. I did not expect fine dining, but for the prices I wanted to have better tasting food. The waitress I had was not very attentive, the atmosphere has remained the same for years (as though the place is lifeless), and overall not worth the money. Being near so many other seafood restaurants, I would recommend going to any other seafood restaurant in Arcadia.

Our server Matt was very attentive ( and handsome too). Matt was very accommodating and I managed to get all my favorites insubsitution for what I didnt want. Rock Lobster is the best here in my opinion never disappoints. Ceasar salad and lobster bisque and yes the biscuits are the best but trying to keep off those carbs. Im a tea drinker and normally its hard to get a server to keep up with my hot water requirements... Matt did great!

The reason why I rated this Red Lobster as both poor service & value, is because the wait and the service were not at all satisfactory. They were understaffed and the attendants were running like chickens without a head. Next time we know to stick with Red Lobster in City of Industry

The service was great for the first 10 minutes. Then the waiter forgot about us. We waited about 15 minutes before another waitress asked us if we were doing ok. My husband was waiting for more shrimp. It never came and so we paid and left. We wont be coming back.

Unfortunately a bad experience for my entire family. Bad service from no silverware on the table to having to ask over and over for things. The only good thing is that the manager came over to ask how was the service and she apologized for the terrible service.

Visited for early Father Day dinner. Our server Roland was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided some great and tasty suggestions. Roland was very friendly and professional. Well be back because of Roland and the great food.

Service was horrible! Biscuits took FOREVER to get, they should be on our table when the waiter first comes, but instead we had to ask the manager for them since we couldnt even find our waiter for 10 minutes. Food was okay so was great, some was mediocre.

Came in not busy. Sat at bar for 15 minutes bar tenders both not busy and never even said hello can we get you a drink. When I was about to order a full meal. Walked out went over ro claim jumper was welcomed and within a minute was served.

I went there a couple of times months ago for lunches. We arrived there before noon, but always left about 1:30. And their shrimp was so small that I never saw such a small shrimp in a market. Long wait, leave hungry.

Best to go during off hours to avoid the crowds and wait time. They have a problem getting orders right. Last two visits they brought out the wrong order. Food is dependable. I keep going back for more.
