Awful, disgusting. When I entered a little after 4 pm, there was no one in the restaurant. The server seated us at a table that was clearly dirty. The carpet was filthy, dishes were dirty, and a layer of dust was around the vents overhead. The table was set with cloth napkins, but we were served drinks in plastic disposable cups. One of the primary reasons I entered was the advertised dimsum. When I asked for the menu, the server said that they had none-huge disappointment. The fried rice could not be honestly described as fried, as it did not appear to have spent enough time in the pan. The rice was still white and the chicken was pink. The chicken and mushroom dish included huge chunks of ginger. The orange chicken was oddly flavorless. The Thai Rice Vermicelli was slimy. After attempting to eat, we left a lot of food on the table and paid.

Wow, The most nicest cantonese dim sum location ever! Ive never been to a dim sum location where they have such great customer service! They were so courteous and thoughtful. From making sure we eat certain things while its hot, to make sure everything was sent out on time .T hey even were aware of outside surroundings..someone apparently left their car window down and they asked everyone in the restaurant if the car belong to them Give excellent suggestions and came back more than once to make sure we are taken care of. They even SMILED?! Its just unheard of!! I was so shocked because I am so use to being treated rudely at dim sum places in san gabriel or alhambra that it has become a norm! Regardless, I appreciated the great service- the food were not bad either!

Ordered only 7 dimsum food dishes at 12:07, waited 27 minutes for the first little plate to arrive, waited another 20 more minutes for the 2nd little plate to arrive and so on. Waiters did not do anything to help. There was not anyone waiting outside, so not a busy day. I cannot imagine when it gets busy when your order/s will arrive. The dimsum is average. They did not even give you the standard hot sauce and mustard combo similar to other dimsum restaurants. Overall not a good experience with prices higher than most other dimsum restaurants, dont know how this place can remain competitive if they continue with this behavior. No returning.

My family has eaten at the Capital Seafood in Monterey Park, so finding one closer to us in Arcadia was great. We ate there a few times for their makeshift dim-sum (no carts, just sushi-style paper slips) and had dinner a few times as well before we booked the place for my grandmas 80th birthday. Great, great service; authentic food with enough newbie-friendly dishes to not keep the uninitiated starving; and typical clean dim sum decor. In terms of dishes, youll be wanting pretty much everything they have for dim sum, and for dessert youll want the almond tea. It may sound weird, but you want it.

I dont know what the first reviewer was talking about the service at this place. They are the best in everything Ive ever had at any Chinese restaurants in the U.S. We got to talk to the manager and they really take pride in their services, atmosphere and food. This is one of the must visit places whenever we go to southern CA. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I come here very often with family and friends. Very good food quality and the service is also very friendly. Probably the most courteous dim sum place Ive been to. You give your order from a list of food items, making it certain that you can get what youre wanting to eat instead of waiting for carts to pass by for a long time.

Decent dim sum in Arcadia. Pricier then your average dim sum. But the food quality is better in my opinion. Ordering is by an order form (see photo for menu), not the traditional carts. Service was quick and attentive. Make sure to ask for your desired type of tea, otherwise theyll just assume you want jasmine.

This is primarily a dim sum restaurant. It is very popular. On the weekends expect to wait for a table during prime business hours. The dim sum is high quality. You order from a piece of paper rather than the carts rolling around so you need to have an idea about what you want.

Food was very fresh but the service was terrible. Waiter does not check if you need anything, did not ask what drink you like and finally after I had eaten someone came and refilled my water. The shrimp fried rice was very fresh. Get take out.

Good dim sum and decent service, but my group of about 30 was charged an 18% gratuity calculated from the bill inclusing the sales tax! Thats not right. You cant add a tip calculated with the taxes on top of the bill! Something fishy here.

相当好吃的广式点心。价格如果低一点会更好。酥皮杏仁茶是我们每次都点的。很有特色。

I like Capital Seafood, I just wish the service was a bit more friendly. The food is pretty good. Its dim sum style so you order what you want and you can also order items like duck from another menu.

I think I would give 4.5 stars. The service is great (lunch on a weekday) plus it helps to take someone who speaks Chinese! I have not been to many Dim Sum restaurants before to compare.

Great place for dim sum. You order off a menu instead of picking from carts. Food is fresher this way and as a result, tastier. Their hot sauce is the best. It is the XO variety.

Fantastic, phenomenal food. One of the best Chinese restaurant in LA, for both dim sum and dinner. Cant go wrong with any of the dishes here! Staff are friendly and works fast.

Some yummy dim sum -- a little bit pricier than dim sum you could get in el monte or san gabriel, but good if youre lazy and dont feel like getting out of arcadia!

the seafood congee is very delicious, but I feel they are not very careful about cleanliness because there was a tiny black thingy inside the congee.

Great food, nice well lit atmosphere. One of the best restaurants in town. BUT they serve water in a plastic cup, with straw. Weird.

One of the best places for dim sum. Note that this place is usually packed on weekends so be prepared to wait 30 mins or more.
