This place got good crispy squid. But very poor customer service and very rude people. They have no regards to what they promised. On November 7 we bought a small order of crispy squid and we were talked into ordering early by this older lady for the boxing fight but she said she will be in Hawaii that Saturday but it will be handled. She tried to tell me about the upcoming boxing fight but she had no clue who is fighting. Anyway, we ordered and paid a party tray of squid for the Saturday, November 14 boxing night and she asked us to put the time so we did at 4:30PM pick up time. Here comes Saturday 4:30, the place was packed with people waiting for their orders, it took a few minutes to get to the counter person, gave them our pre-paid receipt and asked for our food that was paid for a week ago, the person said to us "its not ready yet they are still cooking the 3:00 or 3:30 PM pick up". I aksed him we were promised 4:30PM pick up time a week ago, he responded very rudely "IT WAS NOT ME WHO PUT 4:30PM AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO" I stayed calm because I realized a lot of people have been waiting for more than an hour. About 20 to 30 Filipinos were waiting since 3:00PM trying to get their order but still not ready. I heard one guy telling a story, that he almost miss the Hatton fight because of this restaurant overbooking themselves. So it looks like they did it again this time. After 15 minutes of wait to avoid saying something bad, I decided to asked the counter person to give my money back, immediately this person rushed to give my money back without saying a word. We got ourselves some Jolibee chicken and spaghetti without losing time and enjoyed the fight with our family. I think a complain should be filed to the appropriate agency that handle this customer abuse. This restaurant not just caused us the inconvenience but time and money. Please for those people who had this bad experience with this restaurant, please dont let them do it again, find an alternative place. This place is unreliable on big events. Thanksgiving is the next one, please think twice.

Do not eat here. First of all they use their kids to work the front which I am sure violates some sort of child labor laws. They cannot speak English to save their lives. I called to complain, but they could not understand (totally frustrating). After calling, I drove all the way back to have her sample the burnt crap. She would not honor my request to sample a piece. Instead she just kept repeating over and over "it is good". It tasted like brown bits of drywall Do yourself a favor and go the place 2 doors down. They have everything that this place has and I prefer the quality and treatment there my $.02 John

So I was told by the lady that all you need to do is walk in and order and your order will be ready in 15-20 mins even for there party trays. So on Halloween I walked in and the same lady said oh im sorry you need to order 4-5 hrs in advance, so I did. Now today I try to order 4-5 hours in advance and they say NO you need to order 24 hours in advance. They are so rude and no customer service, I explained to her that you told me this now I planned to have 2 trays order for my party and now you wont take it. She then said "WE CAN DO WHAT WE WANT WHEN WE WANT TOO" I then said no business for you from now on!

Ive ordered the items below several times and I was never disappointed, and the people I served the food to loved them so much. I was a regular customer until we moved to the East Coast. Even if they say they accept Amex, they dont. Only Master Card and Visa with orders over $15. They have great food but cannot communicate payment methods or directions.

I ate here 2 times, Mongolian beef is great chow mein mediocre. The second time I ate here I got food poisoning. The food is really oily :(
