When they first opened they were by far a 5 star rating. Ive been coming to this location multiple times a week and theyve gone downhill sadly to say. The food and atmosphere has not changed which is what makes me go back but the service is horrid. There are a handful of great servers and bartenders but as a whole..Ive had better service at most fast food joints. This last time I decided to give the dining area one last shot. It took 20 mins for me to get a water and 45 mins to get our food. Our appetizers did not come until our food did. Then the manager came by to ask if we needed anything..soon as we asked for water he stopped us and asked who our server was and that he would find her and looked pissed. Okay, call me crazy but a manager should be able to get water? I was disgusted with the lack of leadership he had as his servers were all working yet he was standing around watching. I feel like although some display bad customer service it all comes back to the management. They dont lead by example and for this I feel sorry for the employees. Hopefully they get their stuff together because it really is a fun and great place to dine. As for my advice to anyone going... Go to the bar. They always have speedy and friendly service.

This location has been open for 3 months - you would think they might have it together by now. Slow service. Waitress took our drink order and then came back for the food order without the drinks. I ordered the chicken salad with crispy chicken, with their "Blazin " sauce. They brought it with the hot sauce on the side! So I had a boring salad with some chopped up boneless chicken wings on top. I had to dip the chicken in the hot sauce - really ruined the whole effect. I am eating their HOTTEST sauce and the waitress keeps TAKING my soda for refills. Then she spilled a whole soda on the table. She was very apologetic and cleaned up, but when the manager FINALLY came with my soda (remember, I am putting away their hottest sauce) she says, "Youll know better next time." Whaaaat? Again took forever to get the check. No one impressed with the food - go to KFC and buy some hot sauce at the store on your way home. Probably wont ever go back.

I will give it 2 because all the waitresses are clearly forced to be extra kind to every person that walks into the restaurant. That being said, it doesnt make up for the fact that there is literally ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Every single waitress seems to lack the competence to remember my entire order, or will double charge me on accident. On top of that, the drinks are over priced and under cut. I had a vodka tonic with half a shot in it, and as I watched it poured I politely asked if I could have a FULL single, to which I was told it would be another separate charge for an extra shot. Long story short, only go here if youre already drunk and/or just getting beer, and you are not coherent enough to remember your order so that you arent disappointed that it is wrong.

They gave us the wrong food, it was to go so we didnt notice till we got home. When I called, the woman who answered said - "how can I help you?" I said "you gave us the wrong food" and she said "what does that mean? what do you mean?" I said "it means, YOU GAVE US THE WRONG FOOD." Like how hard is that to understand? Then she proceeded to be rude to me. GARBAGE. She asked what sauce it was suppose to be and I got the name slightly wrong and she gave me lip over the phone about it, and then put me on with a manager whos solution was "next time you come in just tell us we messed up your food last time and we will give you something. I said how does that work, what are we suppose to say? He said "we will figure it out." I said how. He said we just will. YEAH RIGHT>

One of my absolute favorite places to eat. I rate them a 5 because they have such a great variety of choices for their wing flavors. My husband orders the hot buffalo well done traditional wing, I order the mild extra crispy buffalo traditional wing, daughter orders the hot boneless buffalo, my son orders the boneless honey BBQ wing. With such an array of taste buds in my family, this restaurant always gets it right. We have also had the chili queso dip, its delish. The salad that has a Southwestern flare (cant remember the name) and their desserts are scrumptious! The waitstaff have always been pleasant and accommodating.

The bartender, I believe his name was Steven, was incredibly helpful and assisted me very graciously given it was my first time eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Even though I felt uneasy being the only guy sitting at the bar on a late evening, he allowed me to sample a few beers and gave solid suggestions on what wings to get. This place is great and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend it.

Great food and I am glad there is finally a BDubs nearby! Service speed depends on the time of day with afternoon usually being slow while coming at night tends to be faster. More cooks in the kitchen? Had I known about the food timer on the table and pressed it once we ordered we would of had the discount. The 30 minute timer nearly ran out and I had pressed it 5 minutes after we ordered.

In Bellingham from London for four nights. Two I have spent at Buffalo Wings because the food and atmosphere are both excellent. Its my new favourite restaurant in Bellingham. Cannot fault it as, even though it was mega busy on the second night, my food order came really quickly and was perfect. What more can you want?

The servers were really pleasant and got me a discount without my asking. They were attentive without being annoying. The food is great, with a variety of wing flavors. This is a friendly location with lots of seats and good local beer on tap. I recommend the Kolshan Local Amber.

OK deal on boneless wings on Thursdays. They used to be $0.50/piece, but the prices have crept up to at least $0.75/piece, which is close to regular price. Its still fun to splurge once in a while, and the girls who work there are always courteous and friendly.

Ive been here five times. The food is usually on point. But "policy" has limited the mixed drinks to very little alcohol. And theres a reason the do not put prices on the drinks. Its very expensive. Great for watching sports when its not crowded though.

My boyfriend went in at around 12:30 July 18 and the lady that was the waitress made a snarky remark that you guys close at 1 so if they were ready to order there drinks and food. Last time I checked you shouldnt say this to a customer!

This is the fourth time that my order to go order got screwed up. Its either wrong sauce or no sauce or not enough sauce that I pay for!!! Food is great but the staff that fills the order sucks!!! Get your act together!!!

The service is great, the restaurant itself is cool but the wings are horrible. I have eaten at the one in Smokey point and the wings were amazing, this one the food was not good both times I ate there.
