I love 38th street. Every time I go to lakewood I feel like I wasted my time and money. People have no common sense or something. Like I go there for lunch and order 2 separate orders for 2 separate people. My Co worker opens the box sees her garlic parm cheese flavor. Takes the box leaves . Then when I go to get my separate order of mild wings. There not in the box why. Because they packed 2 separate orders in the same box. Omg. So after she comes back with my chkn. Its cold. And bland and no sause. Now my lunch break is over and I had no lunch. Thanks for putting my order in the same box . Never will I waste my money in lakewood. Dumbys

We have gone twice and both times we had to wait over half an hour for our food. The second time they messed up our order even though they read you the order when they give you the food. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because they were helpful in fixing the order. Though the girl working the register was terrible. Also the wings werent good enough for the price of them.

I assume the restaurant has good food like the others but I wouldnt know because everytime Ive come in no has greeted me or even acknowledged my existence... I understand they might be busy but basic customer service would be to greet new guests. It takes a few seconds and lets them know that you are aware of your surroundings... A simple "hi" goes a long way.

Loved the wings when I used to get them, but the wait time is ridiculous. They served a couple that came in five minutes after me before they served me. My 15 minute wait took almost a half hour. They finally said they were just waiting on my fries. . . But the couple they served had fries. Fries that should have been served to me since I came and paid first.

I was cutting it close and I am sorry I did not catch the workers names, however it was a young female with glasses and a young gentleman who helped me. I know the workers were ready to go home. I appreciate your patience and your kindness when I came in for 30 wings at 30 min to close. Just wanted to let you know how awesome you were thank you again!!

You close at midnight, its 8 pm, you are out of rolls and are not going to make anymore Im guessing by your dismissing attitude. Hmmm. Wonder if you have a distribution problem or a staff problem. Popeyes never runs out of buscuits.... McDonalds never runs out of fries... So either youre not running your store right or your company.

Everythings pretty pricey, youll probably feel awful after the about 5 wings, and they are always way too salty (regardless of flavor). In the 30 minute wait I had the chance to feel bad about my decision, and I feel that no amount of working out will ever purge my system of whatever I put inside it.

This wings top never has anything, the wait is always ridiculous, and the staff is rude. I really hate this location I ordered online education and they were out of everything that I ordered. Then I had to wait for over an hour. When I asked how long it would be the cashier got an attitude with me.

This is the best wingstop my family has ever been too. The staff is very nice and the whole time we were there the workers were constantly working even though they werent busy. The manager is incredible. Short hair and was training a new female worker. Thanks guys keep up he great work.

This location is terrible. Excessive waits. Poor customer service. Subpar food. Its a convenient location considering its next door to my gym and I can grab the kids a bite to eat after my workout, but the experience there is so terrible I find myself driving to 38th street anyways.

Slow as hell, get it together. Edit: it has been 45min, the restaurant is full and nobody is eating. The phone has been ringing for 5 min and the line is to the door. Edit 2: almost an hour to get my wings, and they messed up my friends order.

Always taste good on Monday/Tuesday because of the .50 cent wing price. Any other time its a nah. Customer service is good, not much of a wait. A pretty chill atmosphere. Habañero Mango is very tasty if you like sweet and a spicy kick :)

First of all I ordered an 8 piece combo, got home to find 6 wings in my box. Ate 4 last night. Heat up my wings and realize there is a full on feather and quill on my wing. I feel sick to my stomach and will never eat here again.

Food is always on point and fresh! Awesome service with a smile. The only one thing that they need to get on is their lil tea machine...some of the flavors were empty or watered down. Other then that, love this spot!

Just too slow , I called my 15 wing order in was told 20min , arrived 20min later to pick up my wings ...waited another 30min ..not busy unless the couple that was there waitng ordered 1000 wings . get it together

Amazing wings and usually not that busy which is great when you have a craving for wings and dont want to have to wait long. Personally, I think wing stop is better than buffalo wild wings in quality of food.

First time here, & food was horrible. My fries were burnt & extremely salty. My wings with the Louisiana spice was extremely salty as well. Bad experience at Wingstop, in the towncenter, Lakewood, WA.
