After eagerly ordering, I was given the receipt. "Customer 71" it read. Anxiously waiting, I hear "56!.....57!". Surely it wont take too long, I tried to reassure myself. A few minutes pass by, "72!....73!...." My heart races as I think, they have forgotten me! With a hopeful face, I gaze at the counter as the short Mexican cashier lady walks up and places a double-double burger and fries smothered in animal sauce on the counter. Exactly what I ordered. Swiftly walking to the counter as she was reaching for her microphone, "71?" I interrupt. She almost says "Si", but seeing my eagerness, just smiles and nods. Clutching the food, like the Patriots in the Super Bowl, I make my way to my seat. At last. After years of waiting, the moment has arrived. Thanking to Lord for thy food, I tenderly pick up the burger, and slowly bite into it. The cheese, melted, was giving my mouth an experience it never had. Closing my eyes, I think, "it must be a dream". But no, here I was in the moment savoring every bite. The burger was happiness, and the calories were merely a measurement of happiness. The more, the better. Next, came the fries. First, picking off the clean fires with my fingers and then digging in with the fork, the onions and the animal sauce made the combination oh so delicious. As the sauce disappeared and the fries remained, I quickly realized that the fries...were not so great. They were stale, and when bitten, were starchy white inside. Alas, without the animal sauce the fries were not up to par. The burger on the other hand, was legendary, and deserves all the praise it receives!

In N Out is is a wonderful place. Everyone is happy, the food is good, and the milkshakes/soft drinks are flowing. This staple of American fast food on the westcoast seems to be a place where the managers hire based on kindness and happiness. The food is fresh. The company cares so deeply about its supply chain that they only open restaurants were they can garuntee fresh produce, meat, and a supply of many, many, many potatoes (which they buy whole then cut into French fries on site). In N Out, I feel, is better than the east coast based fast food chains for this reason. Their food is crisp and clean (unless you go animal style) and doesnt seem nearly as unhealthy as it probably is. IN N Out is a happy place. A great way to escape from normal fast-food and graduate to happier fresher fast food.

First: Google maps says its not busy around 12am. Dead wrong. Line out the door and drivethru about 12-20 cars. Second:Ordered 2 animal fry and a protein burger double double to-go on my graveyard shift lunch. I didnt get utensils. Frys soggy/uncooked tasted awfully stale for one animal fry. The other burned and hardened. If I wanted rock candy Id get it. Burger was okay but nothing like Orange County In-n-Outs. In fact nothing was like the great service and food like I get in OC. I noticed as I waited for my food they were messing up 3 other orders which shouldve been a red flag for me but Ive never had a bad experience before with this company. First for everything I guess.

Since its SoCal and In-N-Out is almost a religion, theres nothing that I find wrong with it that others wouldnt dismiss as me talking trash or just being a non-believer. I dont go gaga over their burgers, there are just better options available in this town. So getting that out of the way, I will comment on the horrific traffic this location creates because of the insane lines for the drive thru and the horribly laid out parking lot. Even worse on top of the traffic it creates for Costco customers, some folks (often with the case of the munchies) just park in the Costco parking lot taking up spaces and walk like they own the place into In-N-Out.

Es gibt hier nicht viel zu sagen! Ein guter Burger für guten Preis. Das ist das Konzept von In-N-Out Burger: quasi keine Auswahl, dafür wird alles an Band über im Akkord frisch zubereitet. Vermutlich ist es hier aber nicht. Und Take Away macht irgendwie auch nicht Sinn, den dann konsumiert man ja nicht mehr frisch...

It was packed, hard to get parking with the way the drive thru is set up. Ordered a double double and animal style fries, worst animal style fries Ive ever had. They were soggy and the onions didnt even look like they were grilled, just thrown into the fries. Tried to continue eating them but couldnt, the taste just didnt sit right with my stomach at all.. Ive been to better in n outs. This one is definitely not one of them and its pretty sad. Not to mention while I was waiting for my food there was people after people who had gotten their order walking back up saying there order was incorrect.

Quick service for lots of customers. Very friendly staff and extra helpful to bring the meal to me seeing I am cane bound. Makes for a good customer relation going the simple extra mile will not easily be over looked. A lot of younger kids working there without attitudes seemingly thankful for their job. A little pricey for a small drink and a burger. Thats the price you pay for going to a cult burger joint that is heralded all the way across the US to the Midwest. Possibly further then that even.

Holy animal style burger. How I miss thee. As an LA-native who now resides in NYC, I savor at least one visit every time Im in town. My favorite order: #2 (cheeseburger combo) with no onions, extra pickles, animal style fries (saucy, cheesy, grilled onion deliciousness). But really you cant go wrong with anything on this menu. But I highly recommend splitting a shake - to conquer one on your own after your combo meal would put any expert eater into a food coma.

I think that this spot is making the best burgers! For sure the best in the fast food places, and better than some restaurants i tried. And the staff here are so nice and friendly that they really make the whole dinning here a pleasant experience. I took off one star since last week when I ate here I got a burger so burned that I just couldnt eat it. But it happen here and there so it say nothing about the food here.

I love In N out. There have been times when Ive biked miles to have some mouth watering burgers from In N out. I always order A veggie burger and fries both animal style with a chocolate mixed with strawberry milkshake. They are located right outside Costco which makes it convenient and quite crowded at rush hour. The staff is extraordinary and is always willing to go the extra mile for a customer.

Incredible service and fast food preparation! People here are extremely helpful and extraordinary! The parking lot is always full and the lines are out the door every summer. No matter what time you arrive expect to wait but its worth hands down. The restrooms need improvement, but still clean enough. The location is 90% of time well kept and clean. The drinks are always full and plenty of ice....

This location can be super busy so be prepared for a wait. I would skip the drive thru and just head right on in as you will probably get served quicker. That being said, the burgers were delicious and the shakes are super thick. The only downside was that our fries were like cardboard. It doesnt have many options for vegetarians but the burgers are great.
