Such a poor excuse for a jack in the box. The first time I went the tables were filthy, the trash overflowing and the employees were insanely rude. Today I went back and the lazy obese girl at the register who couldnt get my card to go through refused to enter it manually. I went to the one on Pico about two miles up the road and they got it to work fine, I need a new card but all they had to do was enter the nber in and it worked. The one on pico also has always haad better customer service and the food is better and the store and bathroom are clean. This location is a shitshow with the rudest employees I have ever seen.

Seems like Jack and the box has gone down the last couple years especially. Their commercials are great, dont get me wrong. But the quality of their burgers just isnt there anymore. You can really tell that they use processed meat. Also, the price has gone up significantly. You would expect the price to match the quality, and it does not. The only thing I really like about this place is the shakes and the 2 taco deal. In a quick fix, its okay. If you are a tourest from out of town reading this, youre better off going to In and Out Burger, or do I dare say it, a McDonalds. Ugh.

Terrible customer service and they overcharge. They will sell you a combo and ring it up separate and charge for every substitution as if they are extra not substitutes of same item. The bathrooms are always disgusting and they wont fix the lock on the womans bathroom. No one speaks English. Always a few crazy homeless people there as well. Few parking spaces. Coke freestyle machine that is never stocked so you gave to request a drink and get it from the drive thru. Buyer beware.

The regular morning manager is rude. She allows homeless people to act like fools early in the morning. When I went for my first coffee refill she refused and accused me of having more than one refill, but the homeless guys get as many refills as they want. At least the food is hot.

The food was actually pretty good and well assembled. Took it to-go so I didnt spend much time in the restaurant. The employees were nice enough and it didnt take too long. Fairly happy with my experience. They also offer free wifi at this location which is a nice touch.

I work in the food industry so I know how important great customer service is... With that being said, I was HIGHLY disappointed with the managers attitude. I probably wont ever go back to eat at that location just because of her. Wasnt even able to enjoy my food.

I went there everyday there when I was little but one day I tasted the burger it was awful. I now go to the Habit burger grill which is amazing anyway if you want a quality burger dont go to jack in the box

If Jack and a Crack is your craving then this place keeps it fast and clean. Friendly service in the bathroom to generally clean. Be careful at night though because they close early so dont dilly dally LOL
