Chicken was decent but prices are ridiculous! Yea yea i know thats corporates fault but a 2 tacos just shouldnt be 7 bucks... Anyway thats not why Im downing one star its mainly because when you have a line going to the door and multiple registers available please use those registers, only had one cashier with a huge line and working in corporations like this myself the store is completely to blame, because the manager purposely underschedules to get a promised bonus... And every time I see any place that understaff I have to review because corporate needs to know offering gms these bonuses and setting labor requirements is BS they should NEVER do it with under ANY circumstances

Fire grilled chicken is good like at the other El Pollo Loco branches so I always end up getting that. Parking lot is too small and gets crowded very quickly so youll have to park on one of the side streets. With Venice High School nearby, longs get long around lunch time and from after school hours through early dinner time.

Why only one cashier when you have people lined up all the way outside the front door? Chicken today had a taste of old chicken, maybe saved from yesterday.. Please fix the man restrooms its always flooded, its kind of inconvenient to come out of there with your shoes dripping water or urine. No toilet service,!!!

Good Mexican food. Had the Chicken Fajita Signature Avocado Tostada, and this is the best Tostada Ive ever had. Servers were very friendly of giving good recommendations to try. Worth a try to see how you like it.
