I went to this burger king yesterday and ordered 2 Whoppers no onions extra pickles off the broiler or ob then watched the burger crafter take the burger from the little heat box/microwave then proceed to make my sammies which is not ob or off the broiler but i decided to let it slide due to the fact that the employee didnt speak much english but when i got to the car i figured i would take a bite to see if they put onions (which they useally do) when i took a bite the hamburger was extreemly bland for my taste so i looked inside to find that there were no onions but there were no pickles either so i checked the other burger same same. I was frustrated cause they never get my order right so i went in to tell the lady that there were no pickles on my sammie.She then apologized and asked if i wanted them on the side i said i didnt and that i would like my burgers remade the right way she then went to the burger crafter and spoke to her in spanish then returned to me to tell me they were out of pickles. I was shocked that a burger king would be out of pickles. I then asked if she was willing to give me a discount due to the fact that the burger i wanted and ordered they were not able to provide my way.She declined to offer a discount so i then requested a refund which she reluctantly gave me.She should have notified me that they were out of pickles before trying to pass off a less then standard burger in the first place.The actions of this establishment border on fraud and i have boycotted this retaurant due to this reason.

Just left this Burger King waited a long time to get order correct then night shift Angeles and Esther the manager has very nasty attitudes because their speaker was broke so I asked to come to the window and she started to get loud for no reason couldnt get the order right to save their soul all we wanted was to Whoppers meat and cheese only and then the burgers were raw we asked for orange Fanta and they gave us Diet Coke and we also asked to have no salt on the fries they said they couldnt do that very very poor service and racist worst experience ever I do not advise a flea to eat there

AIR CONDITIONER is terrible, pretty sure its only this one on VAN NUYS, there is no air from what I feel, its hotter than an oven, if you want to sweat and feel more greasy than your cheese burger than this is the place for you.

Ive never found a burger king as slow as this one. Ive tried both going in and going through the drive through and they are both super slow. I dont understand, everything is pre-made - whats taking so long.

not a good look when you can hear employees yelling at each other thru the drive thru speaker instead of actually taking your order. rude on multiple occasions. only eat here as a last resort.

Hard seats with no Kush food ok. They if u cn get have good value coupons u can use and they have free wifi but they close dinner kind of early 10 pm. Well it early for me.

Warmed up meat. Extremely sour ketchup. Extremely salted pickles. Drive through is always priority. No ice and flavors in fountain machines. You got what you pay.

Mostly go through the drive up window but service is usually poor randomly there is someone friendly and polite. unfortunately this BK is the closest to me.
