DISCRIMINATION AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Why do 2 "good reviews"-bogus ones no doubt, always show up at the top-when mine is the most recent?! I have looked at other reviews and see the employees get their friends to write good reviews now and then for them, no one else would! No hostess on duty, yet when my son entered before me dressed rather sloppy, and looking for a plug for his laptop he was given dirty looks, and then the "Manager" fussed at him for seating himself, he is 25 yrs. old. Once seated we were waited on in about 10 minutes, only a few other customers in the place. I was not informed that "turkey bacon" was .99 extra, which would have been courteous, but no big deal. This restaurant was not busy, there was only one waitress, yet other employees who seemed to be doing a whole lot of nothing. No one was pleasant, not even our waitress, no smiles, please or thank you for anything. When I asked why I had a charge for turkey bacon, the waitress just responded, "Its extra! Its right on the menu!" I am a white female, I was facing a black man who had sat down after us, and after about 15-20 min. of NO service, he stood up and said loudly, "Is anyone waiting on customers here?!" Then he angrily threw his menu on the floor, and that got attention, he was then treated like a criminal, the waitress and female "manager" yelling at him, as he was told to leave. Once he was gone, and I was getting my money ready to pay, I noticed the staff -all of them in the front, laughing and joking about how they had run him off. I guess the work ethic there is-less customers, less work?! When he returned, they stopped laughing and he asked for the Manager and was told our waitress, who barely spoke English, was the Manager! Rudely throwing their mistreatment of him in his face. I was already heading to the register to pay my bill as this was going on and by this time, I was totally enraged by the treatment he received, so I complained and was told to leave-ONLY AFTER I PAID. They had no fear when I told them I was going to write about what I had witnessed, saying, "Go ahead, you do that!" So I AM.

we come to IHOP because is one of the best breatfast. but never come 2 this one in Lincoln Ave marina del Rey. if I can rate less than one star I feel more happy. the that waitress they dont even care if you want to eat. we waited more than one hr and the waitress the black girl and the latina they can care less. if you inside this restaurant and reading this rate. you be really smart and start walking out from here you can get sick. we walked out. we felt so much better. I love coffee when I ask for the vanilla cream. they only said we run out. the restaurant was empty when I when. and I have a feeling so be smart and dont do not waste your money. here...

I love this IHOP location. What can I say? IHOP is consistent, the coffee is literally my favorite (above expensive fancy brands), and the menu is extensive. The servers are great at the Mdr IHOP, friendly and on top of things. The food is good, though sadly more expensive than some great, local restaurants. They also offer healthier options these days, which is nice for the health conscious. This location has valet parking (weird, I know), but if you prefer to park your own car, the street just east (parallel to Lincoln) typically has spots.

Called for 20 minutes ..but no one apparently answers phones at this ihop.. decided to drive and order food..i asked politely why the phone wasnt being answered and Wendy the server said the manager was outside and that she was busy serving tables...for 20 minutes?? There were only 3 tables when we got here..Wendy then took my order politely but once leo her coworker walked in..there was non stop profanity in English and Spanish...these are the type of employees that ruin such a prestigious restaurant..

Came here after my sons dental appt and was very impressed by our attentive server. Had to leave right after our food came out(which had special mickey pancake ears)because my son got sick and our waiter quickly boxed up our food and the staff was very helpful in helping us out. Ill never forget their attentiveness AND the food was just as ordered and perfect even though I had to eat it on my hour drive home with a crying kid!

The vanilla shake was almost only milk and the glass was only like 3/4 full. The omelet was only potatoes berly any meat or aniting else that was $14.00 omelete $22.00dolars whit the shake way to much money for omelete dont have taste only egg /potatoes i being visit all my life i hop but i disapoint this time .

We came to this ihop location on lincoln at 12 pm. A piece of plastic was in my omelette, I gave it to the manager Juan and he claimed it was an over cooked piece of egg. The manager Juan never came back and we still got charged for our omelette that was barely eaten. "Manager Juan" needs management classes!

So, Ive been here twice and each time the service is super slow. The food is delicious but the service i.e delivery of food and drinks are incredibly S L O W. Ive been to another ihop and even with the other one its also slow. Therefore, Im tempted to generalize that all ihop chains are slow serving places.

Sweet baby JESUS is this savory crepe not the best thing Ive ever had! Came here for a breakfast food, but my Helpers recommended the Savory Chicken Crepe with a creamy pesto sherry sauce. Wow am I glad I ordered this. Do it. Even if youre feeling breakfast, just do it you wont regret it.

The only down fall it was raining ( Dont rain in California ) , the server ( Angel ) , was very attended to her customers , smiling , friendly voice , always check up in her customers, managers very polite also helpful , the food came out hot , and they way I liked it.

The workers are kind of slow in the early mornings but itll do since it was the only thing around. Its important to check the front and see if people are waiting you dont know if they may have somewhere to be. Food itself was good thats why I only knocked off 1 star.

I ate there once it gave me the runs and a stomach ache. It feels icky inside like wet garbage. The staff was rude and management was arrogant and the typical one percent. The restrooms were the usual dirty public restroom. I will not go there again.
