The problem with IHOP. any IHOP, not this one in particular, is that they have no clue as to make pancakes! I dont know what it is with the recipe, but its more like a muffin batter than a cake batter. The end result is that no matter how much they cook em (and you can ask for them to be well done or burnt to s crisp) they always turn out undercooked in the center, and they kind of fall apart and form a blob of undercooked muffin batter. That is unacceptable, especially when youre paying top dollar for their breakfasts. When we go their nowadays I always only order the bacon lovers omelette with sourdough toast, which is actually quite tasty. Its just appalling to me that the one food item in their name is the food item that they cannot make if their lives depended upon it!

We went there this mornibg for breakfast the 2nd time this week to give them another try and waited 45 minutes for our food. We waited the same amount time the morning before. Today My son had the waffles and it tasted like they were deep fried and my husband said it tasted like air (nothing in it) how can you screw up waffles. they were busy but everytime i asked the waitress for something she kept forgetting. I had to ask the manager for our bill. It was like that the day before. I think they need to get more waiters and waitresses. We even talked to another family that was on vacation and he showed us how his pancakes werent done but he didnt say anything. I think that the cook was in a hurry trying to get the food done quickly. Maybe hire some more cooks.

First off, long wait to be seated. It wasnt too busy, yet took 15 minutes to be seated. People that arrived after me with the same amount of people were seated before me. When i was seated no one has left yet there were about 4 booths that could have been seating people. Secondly, the wait time for a server to come to my table was 9 minutes exactly. The only reason the server came was because i asked management when we would be helped out. This is too long; the server that ended up helping us seemed like she didnt want to help out our table. They ended up getting our order wrong. So we sending plates back. The fries werent fully cooked. Plates were warm not hot. The only good thing about the location was that they remodeled it and out seems very attractive.

Do not go there I came with my mum today and she was 5 min earlier than me. Workers though my mother came just to use their freaking WiFi hahaha like we need your poor internet service. Imagine that I came to this place more than 5 times. And just because she wear a scarf or because we are muslims they think we cannot speak the easiest language ever. Workers are bad specially the ones with casual shirt and the bold guy with glasses on. I came here plenty of times I think we should be treated like humans not animals. But what the hell we used to this kind of people and treatment.

Gutes Essen zu normalen Preisen mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Ein refill für Getränke ist inbegriffen. Die Auswahl ist typisch einem Diner sehr gut von Frühstück bis Lunch und Desserts. Hier gibt es sogar eine extra Kaffee Karte.

ROACH ALERT: I attended the IHOP on Sunset in Hollywood, CA and after eating & signing the receipt to finish cashing out I saw a large roach running, out of the side of my eye, next to my leg on the wall. We showed the manager who simply stated "We fumigated so thats why" as if that was sufficient. He chased it down with a napkin as we walked out. I HAVE A FEW restaurant NO-NOs and the top of the list is ROACHES! Be aware ppl!

I have to rate one stars because they told my friend and his homeless veteran father to leave because they wanted to record their reunion on video (even though they were only focusing the camera on themselves.) This seems like a poor policy and they should have made an exception and allowed this veteran to have a decent meal! I cant rate the food because they didnt even allow my friend to order.

After visiting for breakfast we were pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and attentive (and friendly), food was good (although too much strawberry syrup on one stack), and the decor was pleasant (for a diner). Our daughter appreciated the crayons, and the smiley face on her pancake. Theres also a reasonable amount of parking out the back. If youre after pancakes, you cant go wrong!

The food is really good, but expensive just for pancakes. The service was bad, they took long time to make my order, and then they forget my drink twice. So I wait to much time. And they never give my money back, they though that it was the tip because was few dollars.... I dont thik I come back

Really enjoy coming to this IHOP when in Hollywood. From the time I walked in the door it was a pleasant experience. The manager greeted me with a smile. You can never go wrong with their pancakes, their pancakes always hit the spot; they are moist, fluffy, and come with a ton of butter.

Best service ever, talking about a fam. Restaurant, our Server was the best he made us feel at home, food was up quick and hot and we never had to asked for anything he was in top of what ever we where missing, keep up the serves. Will recommend it to fam. And friends. Thanks Armando.

Its IHOP. If you never been to one: Its a cheap all day breakfast chain. - If you know what you are getting into with IHOPs I would rate this one high. Staff is friendly and restaurant is fairly clean. - If you are looking for a great unique breakfast experience, dont go to IHOP

Today I went to your restaurant and order a big steak omelette I took two bites when I noties the hair in it I asked for my waiter he came right alway and called his manager she made it seemed like she was doing me a favor by not charging me for it. Really!!!! Im so disgusted

They have delicious omelettes and large pancakes that will leave you satisfied. The Fresh & Fit is a simple yet tasty omelette with for health conscious eaters. Otherwise, any of the other omelettes are huge. Nice place to go to on the weekends.

Who runs this place? The cooks can NEVER get the food right. The wait staff get stuck running back and forth to make things right, but maybe they should check the plates before bribing them to the table. The place needs much better management.

Love coming here!!! Every birthday and anniversary my boyfriend and I have we always come here to eat breakfast because its absolutely good. The service is quick and they attend u to ur every need. You Guys are doing an awesome job! Keep it up
