EAT HERE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD EAT HERE. we were going to noodle house cuz thats where google was taking us but we turned into the wrong side of the street and were too lazy 2 go to noodle house so we found this place and decided to go in and it was the best decision we ever made they say that its best quality best price and best service and theyre not lying I wish this place wasnt Santa Cruz I would literally eat here every day $6 for sushi are you kidding me I would give this place a thousand stars if I could it was delicious

Personally not the greatest first impression. Sushi tasted bland. Not horrible but not great. Also ordered the fried squid and tempura, again bland, needed soy sauce. I wouldnt come back, but I noticed the food at the table next to me looked much more appealing and fresh. Perhaps I ordered the wrong food, or it just happened to be older fish that day, who knows, but what I had was not what I came to expect from the other reviews.

Really cheap, great service and great quality! Love this place. This is easily my favorite sushi place in the area, definitely worth going out of the way for and its always good to support the mom and pop places. Both are very sweet and go out of their way to serve you. The place is always quiet and clean too. Definitely give it a try.

I dont see what the hype is. I just left that place. The lady brought me out an egg rollover though I did not order it and just left, charges me for it. Also, the menu clearly states 12.95 for dragon roll when Im charged 15.95. Wasnt even that good. Hopefully I can find better service elsewhere. Do not go here.

This place is a really solid, excellent, simple Japanese restaurant. All of the food is excellent and is priced more cheaply than a lot of other places! My first choice for Japanese in the area! Seating is limited so try not to go during rush periods. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I ate great sushi, had crispy, steamy pot stickers and both beer and saki. This meal and drinks would cost over $50 in SF or Marin. It was $27 with fast, loving family service. I also love the diversity of people here, families of all stripes... they all love it. Nice work.

The blinds are so dirty I cant even look at them....my teriyaki chicken was so dry I think it was cooked yesterday...the only thing good was my coca cola...and the sushi lady smiled....the waiter seemed out of his element

Very friendly service, the best Japanese food in marina and they are really fair on the prices. The quality of the food is probably a 7 out of 10 but again they make up in price so I dont complain to much

Almost a hidden gem. Excellent Japanese food. Im not too into their sushi but their Bento boxes cant be beat. Their ramen is excellent as well. One of my favorite places.
