We had horrible service their at the red robin. Their was 8 of us their and they got 6 of the orders wrong. The waiter only came to the table like twice. Then after we started telling him most of our food was wrong he freaked out and then he dodged us the rest of the time to come to our table. first they got my brothers wrong 3 times. Then everybody else got their meal wrong twice. Then when ever we were waiting either for our food or our drinks the waiter would say Be back in 5 minutes It actually took 20 minutes for him to serve us again. And the other bad thing was it was my birthday they had to mess the food up on my birthday. After we all got our food, and we were done and ready to leave thats when they brought my brothers out and he didnt even get to eat because they gave him a bag to take home. Then when my brother got home to eat it he took a bite and it was still wrong. These people really ruined my birthday and if you ask me, i would not recommend to go to the red robin in Manteca. And also we had an hour wait and we all had to sit out in the cold on a cold metal bench. THE RED ROBIN IN MANTECA SUCKS! By the way i"m only 12 years old. Signed Paul Guthmiller.

When we first got there the hostess was nowhere to be found. When she finally did appear it took another 5 minutes to be seated. When it was time to order our waitress was in such a rush that she didnt even let us order a meal for our son. We had to flag her back down to double check to make sure she had his order as well she had an attitude about her as though is an inconvenience that she had to go in at our sons order to our order so that it would come out at the same time. The food took quite a while to come out but we were understanding because it was a busy Monday night. But when our food came my mothers order was wrong my sons food was ice cold and my husbands fries were cold as well. When she brought the correct french fries from my mother my husband had already put in an order for another basket of fries for himself. Everyone was finished eating and were ready for the check when my husband got his basket of fries my mother had also ordered a basket of fries. By the time my husband got his french fries my mother had asked for hers to just be packed in a to go box so we could leave we had already been there for an hour and a half by then so we just asked for the check.

Had to wait a lot longer to be seated, then what they said & they werent very busy. When we were finally seated, I had to ask the waitress for new silverware because there was food on the forks. The waitress didnt apologize, just said okay. I ordered a cup of French onion soup & it was the smallest cup of soup I have ever seen, it had less than an inch of soup in the "bowl". The soup bowl was a small square dish, the onions in the soup were really under cooked. My husband ordered a burger, it came raw & cold in the middle. We told the waitress, again no apology, just said okay. We saw one of the staff in kitchen eating food in plain sight of the customers. The restrooms looked like the hadnt been cleaned & restocked all night. And we saw 3 waitresses just sitting at a table talking, doubt they were all on break at the same time. We have eaten at other Red Robin locations with fine experiences, but this location is very poorly ran. Very disappointed, could have had a better, cheaper meal elsewhere.

The 1st time we went we waited forever to get cold food. It was busy so I took it as them having a bad day. We tried again, it took Sam almost 10 full minutes to acknowledge us, so I included the food order with the drink order. She never unlocked the tablet for the kids to use & we didnt see her until the food arrived. The table had no silverware or napkins & she didnt come back with refills. We had to ask the poor hostess for everything, she was awesome, which makes me feel better about them getting 1 star. Now, because she never unlocked the tablet we couldnt pay and leave. Again, the hostess came to our rescue (younger blonde girl) We will not be back, the Stockton location is much better.

Dont be surprised when your online order is incomplete and the manager laughs when you complain about it. I guess they dont get it about the level of dissatisfaction you feel when signature dressings and accompaniments arent provided. How can I be satisfied with a couple of bucks or face the alternative of spending another 45 minutes going to pick the stuff up so you can return to eat your cold food alone. Management wants to be treated with respect even though they dont do their basic job..... customer since they opened...have watched an exodus of good help...im gone now too.

Service was a little bit slow but not bad. They were quite busy. I had the bonsai salad which was delicious. Unfortunately, the garlic toast/bread that was advertised as coming with it consisted of 2 very small pieces, thin (which was fine) and barely the size of a large potato chip. They tasted great, but hardly enough bread to go with the large size of the salad. The 2 other women with me agreed it was too little an amount. We ordered extra of the garlic bread, and for $1.59 just got 3 more of the tiny little pieces. Wont order the salad again.

Ordered the house burger and the tasted awful. I opened up the burger and the grilled onions were burned. I called the waitress over and she told me that it was normal and thats how they typically come out. The manager finally came over confirmed that it was burned and gave me a new one. I finally got my food after everyone else had eaten and took the food to go. Ive been to this place before and had the same poor service and chappy food. If you were to pay $10 for a burger, stay away from this place.
