Hadnt been to Red Robin in years, was looking forward to it. Boy was I let down. Took 10 minutes to get drinks (2 draft beers and 2 ice teas), 15 more minutes to finally order dinner, 30 more minutes to get our onion ring tower appetizer with an excuse that some kid ran into the person bringing it and knocked it on the ground so it had to be remade...50 minutes to get our food after ordering it. Had to ask for a refill on ice tea 3 times, only to finally be brought a water by mistake 25 minutes after initially asking. Had to request more bottomless fries instead of being asked at all and even that took another 15 minutes! But they were hot and fresh, unlike our meals which obviously sat on a counter for 5-10 minutes before being served. Food was mediocre, pretty salty. Then we finally got our bill and the server disappeared for 15 minutes, so we went to the bar to pay, but werent allowed to do that! Was told we had to pay through our server so someone had to track her down. We wouldve paid at the kiosk at the table, but it was out of paper! What a joke! Went in at 7:30, didnt walk out until 9:55. Ridiculous for a burger joint. The server was friendly, but that doesnt excuse the poor service.

This was my first time at a Red Robin. I Was seen quickly and had a table in minutes of walking in. Server was courteous and reasonably helpful but we could tell she was new and inexperienced. She took my drink before it was finished and left the empty one. We ordered our appetizer and got it very quickly which was nice. Server took our order and over 45 minutes later we got our food served cold to us, not even close to representative to what the menu explains. (My girlfriend didnt get any blue cheese on her blue burger) my fries were cold and one of the sauces I order never showed up. We asked for a little pink in our burgers and they were over done. The burger was soggy and not good in any way. To put a long story short, I feel that the Stockton location must be a poor representation of the franchise. My girlfriend has been to other red robins and tells Me she has had way better experiences. I would not recommend going to the Stockton location and because I chose to go there first, I will not be visiting any other red robins in the future.

The service being good this time is the only reason it has two stars. The server was delightful. The food however was not. I ordered the jalapeño come and fried mushrooms. The jalapenos were excellent. The mushrooms were soggy and bland.. I had the freckled lemonade. I requested a refill 3 times and sat and waited. Didnt even get ice water in the meantime. I ordered a whiskey River burger. It showed up with no sauce and the onions were a white soggy mess underneath. Twice I asked for extra crispy fries and both times they were not crispy. The manager had the cold remake my burger correctly but the turkey Patty was undercooked. She offered to comp my appetizer for the trouble. But I still didnt get to eat most of my burger or fries. And sat for most of the time with no drink. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time Ive had really bad food at this location.

I would have rated higher since at first we had and amazing waiter. Then after our order was placed, everything went downhill. My husband never got a refill on his drink, we seriously waited at least 15 minutes after we were finished eating trying to get our waiters attention, finally getting our check. In which I handed my rewards card to him, we waited once again another 15 minutes to get our cash back.... And guess whats not there... My rewards card. The waiter lost my card! He has no clue what he did with it. So waiting again for a while we gave up on him finding my card and left. This is the 2nd time going to this Red Robin and not getting great service. Guess were done going to this one which is 5 minutes away from my house and go back to Manteca where they pay attention to their guests and give back membership cards.

We will not go back to Red Robin in Stockton. The server was extremely rude upon our first encounter. We got the menu and I said I want to start with fries and she told us, "if there are any extra laying around I will bring them, but I cant just bring fries." I was shocked. I replied, "We cannot get fries as a appetizer?" She grabbed the tablet they use for ordering and payment and said, "We have appetizers here." I said that is okay. I was in shock at just how mean that lady was to us especially since it was my brothers birthday and I told the hostess that as we entered. I was ready to spend some money in there. The server took our order; then, our drinks came. I sat there angry and just decided to leave. I paid for the drinks with the hostess and told them I will never return to this place. No stars for this review.

Was here last week. Red Robin has good food, but at this location, not sure what happend. You can tell who is experienced and who isnt. Bottomless fry basket comes out with 5 fries each. Dont understand. The artichoke dip tastes like thy buy it and warm it up. The quality of the burgers arent like others. Doesnt look like thy clean up the carpets after customers. Alot of people walking around instead of helping customers. First week opened, i hope thy fix it. I dont think i would return to this RR. Too bad.(thought id give it another try...1/12/17. Food quality is horrible. Burgers are thin and over cooked. Bottomless fries come out slow. Crossing this place out as a place to dine. Id rather stick to a fast food burger than this overpriced chain for a burger)

Service is a bit slow but went to grab lunch about 2:30 in the afternoon time. So place wasnt busy at all. Guess they were short on servers. Counted 4 + tables that needed cleaning. Food was good better than expected. Kids ate and finished thier plates. 1 had meat ball on tbe stick 2 had kids burger frys 3 had chicken tenders with apple slices all with shakes. The Mrs had a robin burger and I had the buffalo wings in sauce and. Cold 805 brew. Not to bad. Price for the burgers are very competitive compared to other nearby burger restaurants. Overall 3 star due to slow service while place was lite on traffic, and kid friendly atmosphere. Better selections can be found at Home Town buffet is a bit more kid friendly towards the food selections.

Will definitely not be going back to this place. Have tried this place a few times since it opened and each time it gets worse and worse. If I could give it a zero I would. The last time we went there was no one waiting and the said it would be 15-20 minutes. As we were standing there waiting there was 9 tables that needed to be cleaned and not 1 person cleans any of them. Finally we get to sit down and after an hour of waiting just for drinks we left. We were there almost an hour and half and didnt even have drinks. The time before that we ordered an appetizer and apparently we get the hair that comes with it free. So we send it back and they bring us another one and the food wasnt even cooked. Deffintly lost mine and my familys business
