always awful service, the teenagers that work here have never been taught customer service skills. they always ask us to pull to the front of of the drive thru to get their times down, and sometimes forget about us. today we ordered chicken fries and after having to pull to the front and wait 8 minutes, they came out all brown and tasted funky, so we went inside and asked for new ones. 3 employees began to talk loudly to each other about how thats how they normally come and theyre just dark because theyre fresh from the fryer. we politely insisted that theyve never been that dark before and so eventually they made us new ones... that came out the exact same way. either they need to learn how to cook them properly or they need to clean the fryer because Ive never seen chicken fries that color. while we were waiting for the new food, one of the girls in the kitchen yelled to the cashier "MAKE SURE YOU GET THE OLD FRIES BACK!" like we were trying to get free food or something. i had already left the burnt fries at the counter. she could have quietly asked the cashier if he had taken the old ones back but instead was unprofessional and tried to accuse us of trying to get free food. i will not be coming back here again because of the service

Every time we go through the drive-thru at this burger king they make us pull around and park out front and wait for our food. They do this to reset their timer, so corporate thinks their service is fast. HORRIBLE, slow service! And the food is always over-cooked and slightly hard. I love Burger Kings original chicken sandwich. But, this location sucks at cooking them. Avoid this location. Also avoid the location in Roseville on Taylor Rd. - across from SunSplash. They share the same problems with making customers pull up and park, slow service, and over-cooked (we think they may have the same district manager). Weve called the surveys on receipts for orders. And weve contacted the email address on one of the receipts. Whooped-dee-doo... the reply we got was from the district manager offering a free sandwich. No thanks! How about you work on your customer service and quality of product. The district manager may be the problem with the "pull up front and park" service and the other issues.

I have been coming here for a while now, since high school I would have phases where I would eat at certain fast food joints exclusively. This and Taco Bell (also on the same lot) served me well over the last few years. This location was pretty solid for the most part. Service and food is somewhat different depending on how busy it is. Pretty cool drink machine, has a touch screen. Overall good food, and they dont skim on vegetables, good portions.

I will never go to this BK again! I asked for a veggie burger, brought it home and ended up with a raw fish patty! I also waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I tried to call in my complaint and no one will answer, the health board should be contacted!

everytime i go there through drive through they get my order wrong or charge me for something i do not get . my kids do not like mc donalds so i do not go there much so we really need to find somewhere else to treat them too . they are always in a hurry .
