I am a business traveler who stays in the local vicinity--always looking for new places. Their 4.5 rating on Yelp with 413 reviews was compelling enough to explore further. I ordered a hamburger, cheeseburger, and chicken sandwich with fries as a to-go order. Quality-- IMPECCABLE! Taste-- lives up to the overwhelming amount of reviews! Service-- these guys have heart and soul in their business and it shows. You will enjoy sitting in the restaurant or taking it to-go. Burgers were ordered medium-well and served at perfect temp. The fries are about the same as red robin type fries. They are big and crispy on the outside, lightly salted. He passed my basics test. Next time I will get more adventurous with their menu.

Friendly and fast service. Fantastic food. Oh, plus there is a legit selection of beer on tap. This is a family owned business, and you can tell that the crew is proud of the place. We went on a rainy Saturday evening, so this isnt based on service thats under pressure from a lunch hour rush. Everything that we ordered, each a different burger, was devoured. The buns are soft so they do soak up everything by the end of your meal, but none of us particularly mind this. After the meal was done, one of the employees came over to ask how everything was. It was nice to know they cared. Will absolutely come back here.

Been wanting to try this place for a while and I can say I was really impressed! The place is very clean, and inviting, fast friendly service and staff. They have a very reasonably priced menu and a good selection of beers on tap. I tried the #1, Famous Burger, fries, and a KneeDeep Hoptologist. The patty was thick, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The bun was very soft and I hear they bake them daily. I like the addition of pastrami, it gave a very good flavor. I highly recommend this place and will be back in the future.

When you want a REAL burger. This is the place to go! This is my sister and Is 2nd time eating out at Famous Burgers. Its a bit of a drive for us, but its worth every sec. The burgers are HUGE juicy, delicious and packed with flavor! The interior design of the store was extremely clean, modern, up to date, bathroom is clean, smells refreshing and the customer service is ALWAYS outstanding! Eman, Mama, Papa and the other 2 workers are ALWAYS truly amazing! My sister thinks, we should contact Guy Fieri.

I had a bacon cheeseburger, it was the best burger I have had in a very long time. The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful. I appreciate the quality of ingredients because everything is prepared fresh. One of the owners happen to be their and personally was ensuring that everyone sitting in the restaurant at the time was satisfied and if they were not he would do what ever he could to make it a pleasant meal/ experience. I have great respect for characteristics like this in a business.

First time here with my wife and dad in law. Best burger in town by far. Everything made in house and fresh. Big burgers, delicious sides and awesome menu. Worth the price and coming back for. Staff is super friendly and makes sure everything is up to par and your liking. Dont sleep on this place, because Im definitely not now. This place replaced every burger spot I go to in Rancho and probably Sacramento. This is now my go to stop. Love these guys...Straight fire !!!

This is my favorite place to eat. Seventeen signature burgers ranging in price from $5.49 to $9.95. The median is $6.95, but my personal favorite is the #17 Kobe Beef Burger. Dont forget to add sweet potato fries, and one of their 17 draft beers. Several are local craft beers or a shake. Lastly, my company has done two events at Famous Burger, where they served over 60 guests. They do a fantastic job and everyone leaves satisfied! Check it out!

One of the best burger places in town that I know of. The service offered by the owners themselves who are in the trenches daily and the supporting others is super friendly and service forward. Theyve gotten to know me and greet me warmly every time, offer suggestions when I come in, and are always all encompassing expectations of good service and friendliness, which doesnt always come together.

Id give ten stars if I could, the customer service is top notch. The food is great. This is the kind of restaurant that notices youre ordering vegan for someone and calls you back to let you know that ingredients have cheese/eggs in it and offers to remove them. The people there learn who you are and are always friendly. One of the best spots to eat in Rancho hands down!

I ordered the Famous Burger (pastrami and a beef Patty with all the veggies and house sauce~thousand island) and I thought the pastrami was a bit tasteless. The food is cooked to order and tasted fresh however,We waited about 15 minutes for 2 burgers and we were the only 2 in the restaurant. Good atmosphere, friendly staff but overall the food was just ok.

Every time I have came here the cashier guy was always so nice. He speaks to me, we laugh, he is what I call excellent customer service. The place is always clean thats a huge plus for me. I come at lunch time and the place is still clean. The food is fantastic I love the Kobe beef burger. Its a great place to grab a bit to eat in rancho Cordova.

I guess you shouldnt go to a burger place expecting a great salad, especially if it contains ahi tuna....but I wanted to try something new and healthier. Next time, I will just stick to ordering a burger at a burger joint. Their burgers are a little hard to eat since the bun is quite large, but they are good and their fries are really tasty.

Love the food here. Service is always top-notch. The Burgers taste great...and theyre big. My typical order at Burger King is a Whopper meal and a double cheeseburger. I can order a single-patty burger here and it fills me up. I usually order the seasoned fries, but tried the garlic fries today and I think theyre my new favorite.

Great service, great food, have never been disappointed. The family that works here actually takes the time to get to know their customers and learn their names. Have been going here for many years when they were back on folsom blvd and 65th. So happy to have found them again. Recommend famous burger on sourdough, its amazing!

1st time at the restaurant, and I Thought that that place looked good and well lit. The Burger (sourdough burger) was good. The bread was toasted well and I will come back and try others. They mentioned that they didnt have any to go menus as they are adding new items. I will come back and try them again.

The place is awesome! The entire place is ALWAYS CLEAN, the food is ALWAYS FRESH, and the service is ALWAYS GREAT. Not to mention the food is amazing and the portions are pretty big. This is definitely one of the best burger places Ive been to; if I am going to be buying a burger it will 100% be from here.

I was in Sacramento for 2 days and I ate there for a late dinner and later for an afternoon lunch. The owner and staff are very friendly! The food is prepared fresh and to order. The beers on tap go well with the food. Fun atmosphere, lots of laughter. Highly recommend Famous Burger.
