This place was a hidden gem when it first came out, and quite frankly I couldnt find another restaurant that could match the quality, care, and craftsmanship of each item on the menu. This got to a point where I detested eating anywhere else cause I knew Id be unsatisfied if i wasnt eating flip in shakes. .....However... After a long and difficult flip in shakes strike, I decided to treat myself to a burger, and a batch of their bacon cheddar fries only to be greatly disappointed. Not sure if theyre trying to make budget cuts, but the pattie on my burger was a quarter of the size of what it usually was, and the quality seemed no better than McDonalds, but at triple the price! The bacon cheddar fries were another huge disappointment, looked as if they stole taco bells plastic looking cheddar cheese and dumped it on a pile of greasy fries without even melting the cheese first???? And as far as the bacon goes, i think you all know how that puzzle turned out. All in all, I dont think Ill be coming back anytime soon. Seems like theyve exchanged their love, sincerity, and theyre pride for a sold out business approach. Pains me to write this review, but honesty isnt always candy and cupcakes. The old flip in shakes shall be missed.

Google review does not reflect the real customer experience. And Google does not delete slanderous reviews, based on groundless facts. Liz Alvarezs review: She pretends as a regular customer. She is from a local competitor. Got the impression she never ate at Flip.n.Shake, saying reuced portion and rude employees, which is a fake. Crystal Jones" review here. He didnt have enough money to pick up his phone order and blamed it on the flies. Poor soul. Christy Holmans review here, is a hateful, falsified accusation from an ex-employee and asking for money from Flip.n.Shake in return for deleting this review. LOL. Samantha Martinezs review, for example, she lied to Flip.n.Shake and wanted her money back after eating all the bacon out of bacon cheddar deluxe fries. And she is making up a story here.

It doesnt look like much from the outside or inside but burgers are really good and the staff is so nice and friendly. I got brunch burger with bacon. It was delicious. My daughter had the Texas Burger without cheese. She loved it. We tried to share large fries but it was a huge serving! I really like my fries on the browner side of golden and these were perfect for me. Shakes were large, really good and you can add flavors. We left full and happy. It was early before dinner rush so we had no problem getting a table. Theres also covered outdoor seating. Again, the staff are so friendly! Please leave a few bucks in the tip jar, they deserve it! Will definitely be back when I get a burger craving.

Cutting through a neighborhood that I have never been to and decided to grab a bite to eat. My random stop was in my favor, because the burger here was very tasty. I got a burger with cheese and a fried egg in it. They seem to have a good variety of standard and not so standard burger add-ons, which left me wanting to try more. The fries here were pretty standard. The atmosphere is a little run down and in need of some repairs or upgrades, but not terrible. The burger was good enough to make me want to make an excuse to go back even though its nowhere near my work or home. If I ever get a chance to stop in again, Ill update my review.

Only found this place reading reviews for another burger joint! This place is amazing! Staff was extremely nice and patient while we looked over the menu for the first time. We had a strawberry milkshake, and thank goodness for the special straw because there are chunks of strawberry in it... Sooooo gooooood. Their fries remind me of In N Out fries- perfectly yummy. The burger was simple and awesome and seasoned and filling. Family and I are DEFINITELY coming back!

Is usually a good place but I went in there few months ago and the guy running the show try to make me pay for food that I didnt want or order because they messed up my order and when I went back in there today I can tell he remember me and I ask for something without cheese and he flat out told me it would be nasty bad customer service Frys were were not hot and I can tell he remembers me he has a chip on his shoulder whatever this place sucks to me

I placed my order over the phone and went to pick it up. While Im standing in line it was so many damn flies buzzing around in the lobby, wth... Needless to say I left without picking up my order. When the order taker called me, I told her about the flies. Her response was, "The flies were only in the lobby." As if that made it ok... Yuck, and no thanks! Hold the flies please... To joanne cho- your comment is completely inappropriate. Poor soul

Flip.n.shake is the best little burger place in town.The owners & staff are awesome, very friendly. The cooks are the bomb. If you want to substitute something on your food they bend over backwards to make sure they get it right. And the shakes are out of this world. I created my own flavor. Worth every penny. If I could give it more stars I would. Go & check it out with the family!!!!!!! (hint they have tvs too).

I have had the pleasure of eating there multiple times, One of my favorite restaurants! Portions are great! Im personally a huge fan of the Italian burger. No worries when i wanted my onions grilled and my cheese changed :) The staffs effieciency and friendliness complete the positive atmosphere. Shake flavors are so fresh and their deluxe fries are delicious, especially the parmesean garlic fries!

Place was dead empty when i got there. The staff was really friendly and patient while i looked over their menu. Food came out quick and the burger i got tasted amazing. i dont remember the name of the burger but it was the one that looked spiciest. The burger had a hot link inside along with the burger. Definitly a place i would stop at again next time i am in the area

This was my first time going here. I was overwhelmed by the vast amount of options available. I took at least 5 minutes before I opted for the Double FlipCheese as I promised myself Id have to try the other flavors next time I visit. It was flavorful, greasy goodness. The patty was flavorful and the vegetables were bright, vibrant, and crisp.

The service was fantastic! They explained the menu and specials and even told me about their student discount! 10% off if you have student ID. I got a cheeseburger and a strawberry shake (it had real strawberries in it!) and was happily surprised by an awesome, delicious $9 meal. 5/5 recommend to students needing a quick, cheap lunch.

At first the price caught me off guard but holy moly the price didnt matter the food was off the chain. I will only come here for burgers now. I had the 1 pounder with cheese and bacon fries and the zucchini OMG this was all FIRE. So worth every penny for sure one of if not the best burger joint in town.

Food is top quality just please no rushing the customer if we come in near closing. Alot of us have worked jobs were we get stuck after closing, good thing the food is great or this would be a 1 star for making me feel like I was putting you out while spending my money in your establishment.
