The burgers and fries are amazing at In N Out Burgers in Modesto, CA. But the one thing that caught my attention is the customer service. Out of all the fast food places and restaurants Ive been to, In N Out Burger has the best customer service on a CONSISTENT basis. With the great food and service, this place could get very busy. So expect long wait times during the afternoon hours and at nights. I do not like going to this place on Friday nights because this is a major hangout hub for high school students after football games. Its kinda annoying to see the place overtaken by loud high school students during these times. But overall, I highly recommend In N Out Burgers if you want to eat good burgers and fries!

Service is excellent, food is consistently delicious and the bathrooms are clean. I have celiac and honestly in n out is the only place I trust to not make me sick. They have dedicated fryers for their fries so no cross contamination there. I order mine protein style (no bun) no spread (Ask for spread packets) I also tell them GLUTEN ALLERGY then my food comes completely separate from my families food so no contamination there either. WARNING: They do a damn good job of not glutenizing me BUT this is not a gluten free restaurant! They are people and mistakes do happen. ENJOY!

My favorite place to get a fast food burger. Definitely go for animal style if you havent already. Their food is always fresh and the small selection means quality ingredients. I like their milkshakes and fries as well. This location, like pretty much all In-n-out locations is ALWAYS busy, but the wait is never that bad. It usually takes about 15 minutes to get through the drive thru, but its well worth it. Far better than a McDonalds burger.

Its not so much that this particular location is great (dont get me wrong, it is) but more so that every In-N-Out Ive been to is high quality. They make the best fries anywhere. Hands down. Aside from increasing prices, which unfortunately affects a lot of other businesses as well, nothing has changed since I started going here about... probably at least 16 or 17 years ago? And thats a good thing.

Like all In-N-Outs, the staff here is friendly and fast, the food is the same high quality expected of all locations in this chain, and the lines are extremely long at meal time, which is why I only give it four stars. If they could figure out a way to take it down to even a half hour it would rise to five stars easy.

In N Out takes on a whole new meaning when you eat at this restaurant, the hormone injected beef came right back out about an hour after eating it.. take your business elsewhere unless you want to vomit
