The drive through service was slow. Only two cars ahead of us but they took over 15 minutes. We ordered the chicken nuggets for my daughter. The 20 pieces are $2 something. That was cheaper than mcdonalds. Surprisingly they are same size as mcdonalds. I was expecting tiny nuggets like chick fila for that price. Im impressed. My husband ordered chicken sandwich which he liked. Whenever were on the road for vacation, I dont mind stopping at fast food restaurant. Its quick and easy. No need to sit and eat. The food was ok, the service is awful! The one cashier, Luis , is not friendly at all. Doesnt make you feel like a welcomed guest, more like a hinder. The stores cleanliness is fair enough. The is the first time Ive written a complaint about the store, Ive always given them the benefit of doubt and spoken with the manager whenever Ive had concerns. The restaurant has no intention of addressing any of the customer service issues that were raised, so Im taking my business to a different store and restaurant chain, like jack in the box.

Ive stopped here a few times and the restaurant and bathrooms are really dirty. There are flies everywhere. There has been a long wait for the food every visit too. Has a play area for the kids which is also dirty and always has Adult Swim playing on the TV in there...which is cool but not for little kids. If you dont care about waiting for your Whop while watching Family Guy in a dirty restaurant, go for it.

Waited over 5 minutes at the front counter in the morning for someone to come up front. Not to mention flies everywhere and counters were filthy. Burger King isnt that great a fast food place in general but this is one of the worst. Still waiting for my food right now, may just walk out. Edit: decided to eat the cost and leave after waiting so long. Went to Arbys next door, so much better.

DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! Simple order. Whopper with medium onion rings, and Reeses pie. Onion rings were half full, no Reeses pie (but they happily charged me for it). Didnt notice until I was 15 miles down the road and ready to eat. They know people wont come back because of the area/location its in.

The Food and Decor was all good but the service is a bit poor. One of the managers gave me the wrong order and she said no and just walked away from the counter. The assistant manager came over and did not even help me. It is very noisy inside so bring ear plugs. Dont even think about going into the bathroom.

Unfriendly cashier. By the time you get the sandwiches she says... here you are and leave the food on the counter. I ordered the 2 for $5 and they gave them to me in differents bread without my knowledge about it.
