I had eaten here nearly a year ago and my wife was disappointed in the huge amount of oily cheese on her taco and I was unenthused about my cheeseburger (In-N-Out beats it by a mile). We still had a Sacramento Perks deal coupon to use so a couple of months ago we dropped by to use it before losing it (the value of the coupon), the coupon didnt have an expiration date but the manager informed us it was expired and was only worth half the value, I told the manager I didnt like the food anyway so Id just request my money back from Sacramento Perks. Time passed, until today when I realized I still had the coupon and it should be worth the paid value and I had a hungry teenager in tow so we stopped by to place an order, well it seems they had made a note of our previous visit and the manager (Charles Rogers who calls himself the owner) refused to honor the coupon even at the reduced value. I mentioned he could honor it if he wanted to but he said no, and he thought I didnt like the food, to which I replied youre right I dont like your greasy food, but this is a teenager and theyll eat anything. Needless to say I wont be back even with a teenager in tow. I took my teenager to Jim Dennys for a Megaburger which he and I thoroughly enjoyed splitting!

We stopped in because there was a fund raiser for my daughters school band and we were very disappointed. First of all, service was slow. There was a long line to order and an even longer wait for our food. They obviously werent ready for this fund raiser, there was one employee at the register and two making food, clearly not enough. When we finally got our food, the hamburger meat was over cooked and dry. It took me several bites before I even hit the hamburger patty. My daughter didnt like her chicken sandwich so I took a couple of bites out of it and it was also over cooked and dry. I also found a small bone in it and was just glad that she didnt choke on it. They serve Coke products and have one of those Freestyle machines that give you 100+ drink options and they also serve fresh brewed iced tea. The fries were OK. I will not be returning.

Although not heavily into burgers I found Squeeze Inn very good. I had my family try them on two other occasions Sacramento County Fair and at their restaurant on Sunrise Ave. On both occasions the burger had its tasty signature cheese crust and frys were flavorful. Squeeze Inn is a stark contrast of local chains that slops your burgers together or skimp you on frys and care less if you came back. Squeeze in make your burgers to your specifications and seem very welcoming at their establishment. To folks that provided subpar ratings. Talk to the establishment try to give the people an the opportunity to right the situation before lighting them up online. My impression of this establishment is the owners/servers care about their customers and work hard to win your patronage. That ranks high and is within parity of food quality.

Called in a to-go order on my lunch break about 1pm on a Wednesday. The friendly lady who answered the phone took my order and asked when I would be coming by to pick it up. I told her about 15 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and my food was hot off the grill ready to go! I was greeted with big smiles and friendly hellos from at least 3 different people (2 of whom were actually cooking the food). Two of them used my name when talking to me, even though it was my first time in there. Being in sales and customer service myself, I can always appreciate a genuine smile and a friendly hello! Great food, even better staff. Thanks for putting food in my belly and a smile on my face during my brief visit! :) Kate Whitmire Sales Associate A&S Motorcycles in Roseville

Went there on 6/29/10 with my brother...It was his first time. Sad to say, this was not the Squeeze with Cheese that I raved about. First, my burger was undercooked.... pink meat in my burger is NOT Cool. Secondly, my brother didnt get a cheese skirt, he got a mound of gooey greasy cheese...as he watched me eat my skirt. Thirdly, the fries were absolutely horrible. They are not the ones pictured above, (that used to come in abundance at the other location). They are undercooked, soaked in grease, and not worth buying. My last two complaints was the cup…the little waxed coke cups…really? And then the ranch was also nasty...couldnt even save the fries. Sad experience. Now I know why they never franchised.

Disappointing... Will not come back to this location. Normally we go to the Power Inn location (which will ALWAYS be THE BEST), but we were running behind today and couldnt make it before closing time, so we opted for this location. The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating when we had to send food back for not being cooked to order. The cheese skirt is less than half the size it should be and burgers are half as thick. I personally ordered grilled cheese as the bread was almost stale and there was no skirt (should be wrapped around the sandwich) The fries were small and overpriced and honestly didnt taste that good. We will just stick to Power Inn from now on.... sad really

Crowded, noisy. After standing in a long line I was told they had no chicken for the tacos, would I be ok with steak, I really didnt want steak but agreed. After 45 minutes they called my name and told me they ran out of steak would hamburger be all right! I said not really but what choice did I have? I asked if he could at least make it worth my time. Sorry but no. And I was still charged for the higher priced steak! AND had to wait another 45 minutes! For 3 tacos! Ill never go back!

A unique approach to a cheese burger. Nice, down home atmosphere. The Cheese Skirt tended to make the bun greasy to the touch, and the bun/burger ratio seemed a little bun heavy. Overall a good burger made with fresh quality ingredients, and a friendly staff. My 8 y/o daughter said it was the best burger she has ever eaten. Being relatively new to the Sac metro this was my first visit, but definitely not my last.

i really like the cheese slathering on the burger but it could have been a non frozen patty for a $5 burger, maybe something fresh and natural and it wouldve been the best burger Ive ever had. Still with that small complaint aside they were friendly and I left very full on a tasty burger I will definitely eat again

Very good burgers here - absolutely worth your time and money. I recommend the cheese skirt option on your burger - youll never find anything like that anywhere else! The food here is so rich that I cant eat it too often, but when I do, I relish every bite - and you most likely will too! Strongly recommended.

Good hamburgers, great friendly staff. We have been coming here for awhile now and only one time was our burgers a tiny bit under cooked. They were very busy that time, so next time I will be sure to tell them "make mine well done!" Other than that no other complaints. Much better then fast food!
