The food is good, but one of the boss-types there is so rude, its not worth it for some eggs and bacon. On my 3rd visit to this place, I was directed to a table that had not yet been cleared. It was busy, but there were no other customers waiting. I was at the table for nearly 10 minutes before it was cleared, which is not a problem in and of itself. Then the harsh waitress -- who seemed to have some ownership authority about her -- informed me that she had "a list," and that I could not have this table. I was naturally confused, since it was a staff person who pointed me to that table, and because no other customers had come in until after I had been seated for quite awhile. Even so, I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt -- maybe someone telephoned to get on the list? I calmly started to explain that there were no other waiting customers when I sat down, and she brusquely cut me off with, "I have a list, you cannot have this table." I was astonished at the rudeness, treating me as if I had snuck in and was trying to get away with something. I stood up and she ushered in a guy who walked up well after me. If there is a list, why didnt the first staff person mention it, instead of pointing me to a table? And why didnt the rude waitress simply ask me to put my name on a list instead of treating me like someone who was cutting in line? To blame the customer for their own ineptitude in handling seating was infuriating. Ill happily drive miles out of the way to get an omelet now, rather than revisit this place.

I absolutely love their hash browns. The best Ive had in the area (so far). They also serve freshly squeezed orange juice and lots of food options. Its usually packed, so be prepared to wait for a table. I like the food (I like their eggs benedict but their scrambles arent that good in my opinion) but I think they are understaffed and it sometimes takes a while for waitstaff to attend to you. Went here a few times and service is meh coz they lack people, but the servers are very nice. I suggest sitting inside so waitstaff can see you better. Service is worse if youre sitting outside away from the servers line of sight. Out of the 4 times Ive gone here, this 4th time my boyfriend noticed that his silverware was dirty. I would probably go back for the hash browns and fresh juice, but service and silverware made me give them 3 stars.

This was my second visit. Last time I tried the breakfast burrito but decided to get “The Breakfast Sampler” this time. The food was great, but their service unfortunately let them down a bit, even though they weren’t that busy. (There can be queues and a long wait for a table here, but some tables were still free when we arrived.) My friend ordered French Toast and Eggs, which looked impressive when it arrived, but there was only one egg on the plate. He checked with one of the staff, who said it was meant to come with only one egg (we thought we might have remembered the menu incorrectly, but their website says two) so he ordered another egg, which never arrived. When we asked for the bill, we’d been charged for the extra egg. It took them quite a while to bring the correct bill after that.

First off it was not very busy. So when I sat down and was ready to order the waiter passed by me numerous times, about 5 minutes before he came over. I ordered a Denver omelette with hash browns and toast. Coffee and water to drink. Then after I ordered, the real wait began! Over 30 minutes for this simple omelette to be delivered. The bread was not toasted and a smattering of "butter "was applied. The omelette was very small and no cheese , the glue to hold the other Items together was missing. Maybe 1.5 eggs were used to make the omelette. The only saving grace were the hash browns, the were brown and crisp. Overall very unsatisfied with this meal. Wont be back.

Priorities: French toast is unbelievably good. The breakfast burrito is scrum-diddly-umptious. The bacon and sausage area great. The egg is cooked well but basic. Freshly squeezed oj for less than $2! All the other dishes we saw looked so tasty. We wanted to eat everything. Servers and staff were friendly, but it can take awhile for your food to get to your table. Know what you want to eat as soon as possible to get your food much faster. There is plenty of parking and the space is comfortable and well-maintained. Ill be be back.

I found this amazing breakfast place next to the Wells Fargo Bank on El Camino Real in Los Altos. They have great Java City coffee and fresh squeezed OJ.....mmmmm! My favorite dish is the Florentine Benedict with their country potatoes. Their meals reasonably priced, not greasy, and its owned by a very friendly, very sweet Asian family! A Good Morning?? Yes!....Love It! *Follow Up: Recently remodeled with additional indoor and outdoor seating. Still my favorite breakfast spot!

Food seemed like it all came out of a carton. The bacon was thin, and burned. The cheese they used on my omelet was similar to a serving of American Craft single serves, and was ice cold. Service was OK - waited longer then I wanted to for seating and for the check. Girlfriend ordered french toast and an egg (what self respecting restaurant adds 1 egg?? really??) and the maple syrup tasted old and stale, and had a layer of oil from sitting too long. Not recommended.

A Good Morning is a no-frills brunch spot in Mountain View / Los Altos. The decor is limited, but its not a big deal. The staff is friendly, though they can get a little bit bogged down when it gets crowded (and it usually does during the weekend brunch rush). Good breakfast and lunch choices, but all of their many Egg Benedicts are superb... Outstanding taste, and a very good value. As long as you can snag a seat, you will enjoy this nice little breakfast spot

This place is great for breakfast. Everything Ive had was excellent! Eggs benedict and florentine are great, french toast and scrambles too. Service is excellent especially by Michelle and Jennifer, who will soon be leaving to go back to Las Vegas....but dont fret, her brother Josiah is taking over and claims she taught him everything he knows about being a server. Were in for a treat!

Weve been a customer since this place opened. I must say that it is one of the best for having a typical hearty American breakfast. But not only that: their burgers are also world class. Very friendly staff and excellent service. The only drawback: the place is so good that it is very crowded on weekend mornings with long waits at times. But that is a good problem to have.

I cant get enough of the food here! The staff is super friendly and seem to have many regulars. The portions are really good for the price and I havent had a bad meal yet. The Skinny Chicken Omelet is my weapon of choice, but I think its safe to say that all the food there is spot on. Good job, guys! Final Thought: I have them to thank for the significant weight gain.

Its the perfect restaurant for Sunday morning brunch. I say brunch because the meal portion is large enough to fill in the stomach. The orange juice is freshly made and it is Must have drink. It is generally crowded on Sundays , so be prepared to have wait time of around 10-15 mins.
