I discovered City Diner about 2 years ago. Every time Im in the neighborhood I just have to stop and have a bite. The food is awesome and the service is even better. Special orders never seem to be a problem. The serving size is large, but not too big as long as you bring your healthy appetite with you! If youre not too hungry when you walk through the door, dont worry youll be taking some yummy leftovers home with you, and in my opinion the leftovers are just as good if not better the second time around. Whats left?, ahhh yes their pricing---great value for the money. Where else can you have 2 good sized meals (eat in and doggie bag) for less than it costs for 1? Did I mention that the food is really good, the service is awesome and the cost is an exceptional value. Oh, one more thing the decor is authentic 50s (Route 66) which sets the tone for an enjoyable meal!!!

Had an early dinner. Food was good even though our waitress misunderstood our order and brought us chicken fried steak instead of the fried chicken but it was ok. The chicken fried steak was good. Best part was the Apple pie. One of the best weve had. I recommend the City Diner for friendliness and food.

We love this place. Food is great, waitresses are wonderful. They always remember our family of 7. I love the fact that my 3 kids can build their own breakfast and I try something different everytime. I love the atmosphere and the people definitely recommend to stop by.

Great 50s style diner, reminds me from Jack Rabbit Slims in the movie Pulp Fiction, except you dont get to sit in an actual car. The burgers are good and the shakes/malts are amazing, a huge selection. Also they have great Vanilla Coke!

We have enjoyed the creative and terrific all-American food here now for several years. This is a terrific place! Friendly wait staff, great management, good entertainment on Friday nights usually and a great venue. Dont miss it!

Some of the best sausage gravy Ive ever eaten. Pancakes the size of a pizza. Cajun burger is a tasty blend of sausage and ground meat. Try it with their jalapeño hamburger bun.
