understand times are tough but this has happened to me more than once at this location. I walked in to ask what specials they have & they only mention the $25 special (2 med, wings and soda I think) and the $20 special (2 med with 3 toppings). Well I come home because I knew I had a coupon and I find out they have the panormous for $10, the natural pizza for $10 and the mama mia (3 pizzas for $15). So I order the panormous, pick it up and ask the manager why these specials were not given to me. Her response is "we dont consider those specials". I said "I think any customer that walks in here would think thats a special. Why only mention the $20 & $25". She replies "were a business, thats why. We only give those prices if they are mentioned to us. We figure the customer already knows about it and well give it if they ask". I think they are full of it and Ill take my $$ elsewhere. Next time you go, make sure you dont say the word "SPECIAL"....because "THEY HAVE A LIST OF WHAT THEY CONSIDER SPECIALS AND PAYING LESS IS NOT A SPECIAL TO THEM". Either that or go online because they are not being truthful to their customers.

I have "affectionately" named this the "Pizza Prison" due to the bulletproof glass and the sliding drawer that must be used to transfer cash and pizza between the employees and the customers. This makes me feel like I am in a worse part of town than I really am, which is unfortunate for a business to portray, in my opinion. As for the product they are selling, its your standard pizza hut pizza, which is not my favorite. A little too salty and greasy for me. If you want cheap pizza, there is a Dominos up the road and a Canadian Pizza around the corner if you want higher quality and better ingredients.

If I could give it no starts I would. We ordered wings and when the guy came to deliver them he handed us the bag half covered with wing sauce. He told us that the wings fell out all over his car and put them back all the while hes walking back to his car. We tell him to give us our money back which he does and drivers away. Horrible we will never order here again. Plus he didnt bring the extra ranch that we requested. All he said was its extra and since we place the order online it probably didnt get it.

The worst place to order pissa from. did not bring side order I requested not just once. but the last two times. sent thek guy bact to bring it. never came back. they never carry or bring napkins.... makes me think the qualifications of managers regional manager and all those working in sales and marketing dept.some might wonder why I think this way. because no one takes customers complaints seriously. they will never learn, ever. do not deserve any star at all.

They forgot my order and their excuse is always "we burned it so we started over." I waited an hour inside. This after I ordered online. I heard them repeat this excuse to another couple who sat there waiting with me. On several occasions they forget certain topping and slap them on afterwards and run it through the oven again leaving you with an overcooked pizza. I gave them chances cuz I luv pizza but now no more. Done with them.

Called phone rang and rang. So I hungup I called back asked me to hold on so they placed me on hold. They tell me there real busy. So I placed my order they give the total and how long. 35 to 45 minutes Ok so an hour and 30 min later no pizza. I call driver is on his way. Plus my beverage I paid for he does not have. And he ask me if I still want them. Lol lol Never again but they are the only one in my area.

Pretty awful. I am usually a fan of Pizza Hut, but I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this particular location. Everything seemed undercooked and the cheese was so sparse it looked like little white blobs on the pizza, hardly melted blobs. In their defense it came on time (then again Im two blocks away) and it still tastes like a Pizza Hut pizza. Id say avoid this location if you can.

Worst place ever !!!! I will never order from a Franchise Pizza Hut again. Edson the so called Manager is very Rude" and basically calls you a liar for an order that was his mistake!!!! And charges you the mistake price of pizza he screwed up on and does not even have the decency to refund you the difference . Does not deserve not even 1 STAR, but had to for this to post

I called this business twice and got hung up on both times, so I had to drive there. When I pulled up, I called again and watched the night manager pick up and hang up the phone. I WAS HIGHLY UPSET. I didnt want to have to wait for my pizza. While waiting for my pizza, I watched her hang up on 2 other calls that came in. Im not sure while she would do that.

Delivery was fast but the food didnt look good, my chessy bite pizza was kinda smash, and the toppings are so small that it looks like I have a cheese pizza. Pizza was pricey and delivery was pricey. The pizza driver didnt say hi or even smile. I wanted to add a soda but they cant deliver it because I need a $10 or more to deliver.

Ive lived near this pizza hut for 15 years.....ive had bad experience after bad experience here....from cold food on christmas.....to missing sides(stuffknots), worst customer service ive ever dealt with....close this place down allready....or fire the whole management and staff....and rehire competent people

Order online. They dont answer the phone. Sadly, Im a sucker for Pizza Hut and their stuffed crust. Yet they managed to mess that up with half cheesing that pizza. You can basically see the tomato sauce. Oh and when I wanted half mushrooms, they only put it on one slice. Yea. Please read this and get better.

Dont go here if you dont want your car to be towed. Have eaten here a few times and today I parked there quickly as I had to do some business in the area. Car is gone and manager didnt care to consider my situation. Again I would go where people care for good customer service. Its not here for sure.

I called and after 5 minutes had passed i decided to go in person. When I got to the store I still had them on the phone and it took them 12 minutes to answer. They didnt even had one customer inside the store. It looks to me that the employees didnt wanted to take any phone orders.

I came here around 1030 or so on a Thursday night and the guy was cool. But he seemed to move entirely to slow. The food was I guess what could be expected from a Pizza Hut and he was nice. Just gotta move a little faster.
