Hello #pizzahut I have a complain with your store at Rosecrans. I ordered an online large Pizza around 7:48 pm on June 03 and in the confirmation number said it will arrive around 8:48 pm I told the driver to call when he gets here So I can open the gate. Around 8:30 pm my and my 2 yrs old son we wait outside because he loves to see your drivers arrived with the pizza. We wait more than 30 min outside and your driver never showed up, I called them at 9:10 pm and they told me that no one open the gate even tho the gate was open at 8:00 and we were outside waiting. The store manager never have a solution for my complain and he just told me to go and picked up the pizza by myself and they wouldnt refunded my money not even the delivery fee even if have to get the pizza by myself ( so dumm ). I went to the store to pick my Pizza up and was the worst Pizza i ever tasted, by the way my son threw up the pizza; However, they charge me without my authorization. Please do something and train better your employees and managers

THIS IS THE WORST PIZZA HUT IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY. RUDE. DISRESPECTFUL. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS THAT WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE. THE MANAGER IS TAKING HER 10.50 AN HR SALARY TO THE HEAD. SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME 30 DOLLARS FOR A PIZZA IVE BOUGHT 20 TIMES JUST BECAUSE I TRIED TO PAY CASH TO THE DRIVER INSTEAD OF ONLINE WHEN I ORDERED. SO AT THIS PIZZA HUT YOU GET ONE PRICE AFTER ORDERING ONLINE AND ANOTHER FROM THE DRIVER. JUST WONT DO ANY BUSINESS THERE.

We ordered a medium pizza. It cost $16 (including taxes and delivery charge). Have you ever heard of a medium pizza thats only 9 inches?? Then we called and asked what a medium pizza should measure. They said "12 inches", when we told them that our pizza was only 9 inches, they put us on hold until we hung up. Clearly we are not ordering from them again.

Frankly, I do not understand how this location can get a bad rating. Personally, I have had GREAT food and customer service here. I have been ordering take out and delivery for over 6 years with no complaints. Their food is always made promptly (before the estimated time), always hot, fresh and great tasting. I will continue ordering here over and over again!

Rude on phone orders, last time I ordered delivery it took 2hrs to get(of course I ate something else by then), and got my pizza cold, I sent it back and didnt sign for it but still got charged.

Note to self... Never buy pizza hut pizza EVER... PERIOD!!! The food was dry and terrible and I paid a rediculous price for something that was Rediculously terrible
