Decided to try this location despite reading the negative reviews. Figured, how could they mess up a pepperoni and sausage pizza? Well, the pizza itself was, meh. I was actually going to spare them another mediocre review, UNTIL I checked my bank statement online and realized that they charged me twice! I called and spoke with a young lady. She was as empathetic as she could be considering she does not have the authority to correct mistakes. This angry post is specifically regarding the passive-aggressive manager, "Maria"! She tried to blame my bank for their error. (Summation of the problem: Pizza cost = $8.81. I gave a $1.00 tip, totaling $9.91. My card was charged once for $8.81 and again for $9.91.) Maria insisted that they only charged me once and still insisted that my bank was to blame. How does my bank know I gave a $1.00 tip? This makes no sense! So, the suggested resolution is to wait until Monday to see if one of the charges is reversed. If not, Ill be there on Monday to get a refund for one of the fraudulent charges! You can bet Ill listen to reviews next time! Never again, Compton Pizza Hut! Shame on you!

Everyone here is so rude and very disrespectful! They took forever to make my food then they delivered it cold! When I called back to speak to the manager, Alisia, she was most rude of all. She was extremely nonchalant and blamed me for her employees actions. She called me a liar saying, they told me my order would take one and a half hours to be delivered, when in fact i was told 55 minutes. She refused to do anything to rectify the situation. I also told her I would create a bad review about this location and she just said, "ok do that!" Then she had the audacity to hang up in my face! Im still in total disbelief at their atrocious customer service! I will not be visiting this location ever again!

I ordered online and they called about 20 minutes later saying we needed to go pick up our pizza because they would be closing soon. Okay, minus one star for not letting us know beforehand. When we get there, our order is incorrect. They are so nonchalant about it and didnt care. Minus another star. And you know what, minus another start for the filth. And I ordered a week prior to this order, and the toppings were underdone. Luckily, I had vegetarian pizza. It seemed like they just threw them on after the pizza was cooked. I thought it was just a one time thing, but no. I will not be ordering from here again. Theres a Papa Johns is right across the street, and pizza studio down the street

Lost a customer for good. Me and friend one night went to get a late night dinner. We drive there for their pick up deal. We step into the establishment and we were not greeted. We walk up to the window where there was at least 7 employees. We stood around for 5 minutes even trying to get someones attention. No one even batted an eye at us. Had second thoughts anyway after noticeing how dirty the place was. So we went across the street to Papa Johns where the service was much better, and will only order from there from now on when I want pizza.

This Pizzahut needs new employees. All the time I order something its always cold like its leftover pizza. And even if I wanted to avoid that problem and just picking it up myself at the store location. They tell me theyre not taking orders only pick up orders. (Even though I was on the phone earlier for 16 minutes before I got there) & dont get me started on the hours they take for deliveries. Im a pizza lover and I never thought to say this but I would not be buying from there again.

This place is an absolute nightmare. They charged us twice when I called to inquire as to why this happened I was hung up on and finally on the third try was able to talk to the general manager. The general manager told me that "someone made a mistake" but we didnt get an apology. The food was disgusting along with the service. Never coming here again.

WORST SERVICE EVER. LONG STORY SHORT. CALLED ORDERED, WAITED 3HRS CALLED BACK NO ONE ANSWERED. WHEN THEY DID THEY HUNG UP. WENT THERE TO TRY AND PICK UP MY ORDER NO ONE HELPED. COMPLETE MESS. WISH THERE WERE NEGATIVE STARS IN THIS REVIEW. WORST PART, I PAID THROUGH PHONE. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Same, stopped going here for the horrible service & months later I tried again, to be told an hour & 1/2 later they dont have any orders for this number...such a great chain , I cant believe they cant find a couple competent people in Compton to actually operate a Pizza Hut ...

I recently ordered the triple box and the gave me the wrong breadsticks . This isnt the first time they messed up my order. Recently order pizza from here even though it was raining, I didnt receive a call saying my food would be a HOUR late. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

They need to record the phone calls the employees are so disrespectful and unproffesional. If you hate your job so much quit. Calling as a customer makes you want to hang up and call another pizza service just cause of the attitude and lazyness they display on the phone.

They close the place before its even supposed to be closed.. When you go to complain about them closing early the customer service gives you the run around. Pizza hut i can throw a rock from where I live and hit you but it takes you an hour to make a pizza and deliver it.

Slow workers. My pizza was done 18 minutes late and they waited until my pizza was done to tell me that they no longer make garlic knots and if I wanted cheese sticks which would take an additional 5 minutes. Never coming here again.
