I lowered my rating from whatever I had to a one star because ordering from this Pizza Hut through the app is a nightmare. On multiple occasions theyve had to call me to verify my address despite the fact that every time they do it I assure them that I was the one who ordered the pizza. They just cancelled an order of mine and after calling them they said they were calling me at an older number that somehow they gotten from somewhere. I appreciate the free pizza they keep sending me for their screw ups but when I dont get them delivered what is the point?

If I could give ZERO STARS I would.. Valentines Day and you guys dont deliver the pizza they ordered me, wow! The manager obviously is not attending to the customers needs. I was told that I would get some food by 6pm, when I called to let the person know my food wasnt here they said the manager said "his order was NEVER placed", WHEN HE GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. What an idiot!! All they said was he would get his money the next day, still didnt send the food. Corporate will hear about this

I love everything about this place..the pizza is great not to mention but the crust is bomb....i also like how the wings taste,especialy the hot wings...not to many people but i like it..some workers are friendly but too much talking going on...which i totally hate to hear their personalities...but other than tht is perfect

Ordered pizza it never came. After an hour I call them and they say it left and they would check on the driver. The girl says hold on and just left me on hold for 6 minutes before I hung up. Ridiculous whoever was working on Sept. 3rd around 8pm should be fired. I will never order from this location.

Worst service ever dont order from here it took like a 1hr for the pizza too be done . The second time we went the same thing happened. The lady has serious attitude problems and should not work if she is going too be disrespectful .
