Staff is a 5 Star Food is a 5 Star Quick & Accurate Service with Reasonable Prices is a 5 Star Preparedness is a 5 Star Cleanliness is a 5 Star *Because of all the positive comments about Cheung Sheng Chinese Restuarant, and wanting to try another new place while stopping in Hollister CA, I found the previous comments to ne true and accurate. When I return to Hollister on business, I will return to this delightful place. As I left full and satisfied I realized I was not disappointed with my choice today.

Mediocre at best. I think what hurts the flavor of the food most is the overpowering level of sodium prevalent in everything, even the chow fan. I know a lot of Chinese restaurants that swear to use "no MSG" (and probably dont) that substitute the lack thereof with more salt. Service is great. Very fast and friendly. Prices are also reasonable for the portion sizes sold. I want to like it more, but I just cant get over all of the sodium-laden dishes. Its not good for ya.

Great food with excellent service! Wether its a night out by yourself, or with family and friends this is the place to go. Perfect portions to please all appetites. I discovered this place over 10 yrs ago and my family and friends enjoy it every time! Id write more, but you should really try it yourself. They really go the extra mile to make sure you get what your asking for.

Hands-down the worst Chinese food Ive ever had. I used to live on the streets I have literally had better tasting Chinese food out of dumpsters in Capitol Hill Seattle. And what really pisses me off is they asked me if I wanted rice with my meal and then charged me 7 bucks for it with out saying it was extra . The waitress was very nice though
