My entire family, both immediate and extended, have been patrons of this restaurant for well over 6 years; in addition, my wife and I have been going about once every 2-3 months. After my last visit, I will never go back. To start off, we were overcharged by $2 for the same meal that we always order, and from what the menu said we owed. When asked about the extra fee, we were told that because we had ordered the "A-Style Family Dinner" and substituted one food item for another, that we were charged the extra $2, and that had we simply ordered 2 regular dinners, we would have received the EXACT SAME THING without a two dollar fee. Nowhere on the menu is this hidden fee mentioned, and the food items for which we substituted were not more costly. In fact, they were from a list of foods that could be substituted, with no extra charges. Next, my wife, after politely reiterating the fact that we had never had that fee in the past for the same order, was told by the attendant (who later told us was the manager) this: that she knows that we were regular patrons because another waitress had mentioned that we never tip, and that we should not be attended to. The gall. This womans attitude extremely defensive and hostile, and completely unwarranted, especially for a manager. My wife and I ALWAYS leave an adequate tip, and I often times hand it directly to my waitress and say "thank you." After years of eating at this place, this is the image they have of us, and this is the service they render. Never again. Other things to note: -No drink refills -Waitresses will try to sell you trinkets on occasion -No standard in employee training: not all waitresses will help box food after youre done, prices change from visit-to-visit despite menu being the same As for the food quality... Its irrelevant when the service is terrible and youre getting overcharged, paying the price with your heard-earned money. There are too many other places to eat to waste your time and money here. If you DO decide to go here, be sure to write down the prices and calculate the total, and to make an announcement that youre leaving a tip before you leave.

Went for dinner & found large burnt pieces of orange peel in my sesame chicken. I brought it up to the waitress and the only thing I wanted was some understanding of what my point was. Instead she only wanted to defend the dish & said Chinese food we burn our orange peel for flavor. Well I just say its not good to serve burnt orange peel,which i bit into by the way. I ate my good & said nothing else to the waitress. At the end of the meal she felt compelled to rehash it all over, at this point I told her bluntly to end the subject. Hmm, watch out some orange peel if you order the sesame chicken.

It needs some changes. Ive been to smaller Chinese restaurants and they give you as much refills as you want when you buy soda for a lesser price that they charge here. Also last week I ordered chow mien and there was a bone in it. Also the forks look dirty and service needs help. They take forever to deliver one soda for my father.

The service and ambiance was very pleasant. All seemed well until the food came. I thought it was a fluke, that it was just my order that was bland. The other two peoples orders were bland, just tasteless. None of us finished our food and ended up throwing out what we brought home. I wish them luck.

Dont judge a book by its cover! This place was fantastic. The service was excellent, food absolutely delicious and a very good price too. We were those people that turned up half an hour before closing and they still welcomed us in. Our favourite from our visit was the crispy garlic shrimp

I have been eating here for YEARS. They have fantastic lunch specials from 11:00 - 3:00. I recommend the sesame chicken. It is very good. They also have great walnut prawns and really good wor won ton soup. Super Super good food.

One of the best Chinese food I had! Been going here ever since theyve been open! My favorite is the Mongolian Beef and there Won Ton soup is the best I ever had so far! Everything else is pretty good also!

i love the food here. its great for lunch. for 6 dollars and change, you get all the green tea you can drink, wonton soup, rice, an entree, and an eggroll. and dont forget that orange wedge!!

I think the resturant needs to update their nice. I dont like touching their chili containers and eating food in the old plates with so much marks. The food is okay here.
