I experienced horror at this place. I visited this place with my wife and two daughters, ages 5 and 3. The old waitress sat us at the table near the entrance. Only after the accident did we realize that the floor under the table had inclination/slope. A few moment later my daughter, age 3, sitting at the inclined side of the table, fell backwards, hit her head on the floor and lost her two teeth (yes, the force of impact was strong enough to eject her teeth). We found one tooth on the floor, the other one flew too far away. Emergency services came, so did the owner of Paisanos Pizzeriza, some mr Dino. The accident was clearly caused by the uneven floor where they sat us. After emergency services left, Dino forced us out and publicly told us that we were there to stage the accident. This is what he offered us instead of an apology. It has been some time since this accident. I still cannot forget the words Dino told me at the time of the incident - "You are Russian, right? You came here to stage the accident and claim insurance money". So negligent, ignorant and rude.. I have not pressed charges.. but I will do so! This place is owned by some heartless bastards.

Thank you Paisanos and the unnamed lady for your act of kindness. As I was parking my car today I saw a homeless man ravenously pulling and eating old food scraps from the side walk trash can. I offered to get him some food and noticed Paisanos Pizza, we walked into the store and as I was telling him to choose some pizza a lady in the store turned to me and said "I got it already", thanking her I offered to buy him a drink, he asked for a coke, as I handed the money to pay, the manager/owner wouldnt take it but handed the food and drink to the homeless man with a here you go buddy. This man who only has the dirty clothes he was wearing got to enjoy the best fresh, hot pizza he ever tasted and thanks to Paisanos and the kind lady, he will sleep through what will be another bitterly cold night with a full stomach at least. Thank you for your display of kindness it warmed my heart! Linda Manhattan Beach

Reheated pizza? Yeah, not my cup of tea. Got a slice of the White, ricotta doesnt do well reheated, it was disgusting. Got my daughter a thick slice of pepperoni, they only stuck it back in the oven for 2 minutes...her pizza was still cold in the center and cheese didnt melt. Asked the guy working, "Armando", if I can order a beer and sit outside, he said "not allowed" but then a couple after me orders beer and he gave them Pepsi cups to pour their beer in and sit outside. I asked if I could do the same and he became rude and was getting smart with me and said he couldnt force them to come inside with their drinks...wth?! Lol Then maybe youre not fit for the job! Unfairness! Shouldve just called the cops on them right there and then but instead Im going to take it to Better Business Bureau and tell them exactly what he was saying-very unprofessional.

I grew up in NY eating plenty of the delicious pizza its known for. Since then Ive moved around and been to a ton of places claiming to be "NY-style" pizza. A few are, most are not. I can tell you that Paisanos is one of the few that is. We got a pepperoni pie (because were not soulless communists) which was just as good as I remember from back home. The balding guy who served us reminded me of my uncle from the Bronx even though he was from Long Island. He also suggested we get a pastrami and mushroom pie because I think he could tell that, as a native New Yorker, I love pastrami almost as much as I love my mother. He was right. We got the pie and when I took the first bite, I saw the face of God. If youre looking for actual NY pizza while on the wrong side of the country, go here. You wont be disappointed.

me and girlfriend got nauseous after eating here.food was good but questionable food handling which I noted before even eating. precooked pizza out for who knows how long till ordered then reheated for about a minute and a half, was not even warm in middle. had deep dish cheese, and then chicken alfredo pasta. then after nausea went away heartburn set in. EVEN THO FOOD TASTED GOOD ID AVOID THIS PLACE. sorry honestly wouldve loved to come back thats how good the food was but I cant stomach coming back no pun intended :p

Pizza is good but for drunk people who just came out of one of the local bars. Then service is poor also, when your pizza is ready they rudly hauler out your name like if you were in prison. Then there is this black guy who I think is the waiter who throws the plates on your table and walks around feeling all tough just cus hes got a mediocre build. Overall bad experience. Never going back. Do not recommend. There are many other places around there that will give you better service and food for your money.

What complete JERKS! Placed an order on chownow, through their website. Called to make sure things went through. On hold for 5 minutes...them told I couldnt add a simple topping on one slice. You are kidding me right? I dont care if your busy, I dont care if you are waiting tables....if you cant be a human being and provide simple customer service....then Manhattan Pizza gets my money! Will make sure EVERYONE knows how horrible this place is.

PIZZA. This is no gourmet pizza.. this is the fragrant, greasy, cheesy, late night kind, that you shamefully crave. If youre looking for a thin crust, "New York" style pie, Paisanos would definitely satisfy. They have slices readily available, but if you want a whole pie, I recommend calling in ahead. I prefer simple here, so pepperoni is my go-to order.

The only place I know of in Los Angeles County with a baked ziti slice, which per dollar is one of the best most filling slices you can get (a true New York slice of pizza). I also liked the mushroom slice although it wasnt anything to write home about, just a normal pizza slice. Per dollar their chicken parm dinner is one of the better deals in the area.

As a busy Realtor in the South Bay I like to treat my clients who are moving to a Pizza delivered to their home while they are crazily moving out. Paisons doesnt deliver till 5 pm, but since my clients home was so close, they did me the huge favor! For that I am wonderful and grateful and amazed. Thank you for your WONDERFUL service.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. Staff wasnt friendly way too pricey for taste and value. Kids SCREAMING THEIR HEADS OFF the whole time we were there almost walked out. Not going back never ever. Do not go here. The lady was flustered because we asked her to split the bill after we already told the man before we ordered to split it. Blah dont go
