Well I call places on my was home a lot, mostly dominos and recently papa jons and usually call 15-20 min ahead to get it piping hot for pick up, the line was busy and by the time the answered I was dealing with trying to get around their delivery cars blocking the way... Already annoying, I just wanted one medium and wanted to try the stuff crust, only applicable in a large pizza, with only the pizza with cheese being stuff crust its basically $18, now Im use to paying getting two large two topping pizzas with delivery for about that much, but now I have to pay $1.25 per topping, Im a business guy I get sometimes you charge more when you bring more value so I asked the guy who answered my phone call, who had me on hold, and apparently the only guy behind the register, "you guys charge a deal more than the competitors in the area, what are you doing differently to justify the cost?" He didnt know, so I asked him "so for all I know this is the same pizza Id get anywhere else?" He didnt know how to respond but basically said yeah... So here I am waiting twenty minutes as Im prepared to give the pizza the opportunity to speak for itself, but with the understaffed phone and counter help, and the one girl I see actually making pizza, and the lack a customer service training, I have to admit I feel like I made a bad call... I dont blame the register guy, that girl looks like shes working hard, and the drivers dont seem to have any concern about their parking, Im very disappointed with the management.... over worked, no regulation, I dont predict coming back here basically because I dont want to support a business that takes so little care of its people, but lets see if the pizza changing my mind a bit....

I love pizza hut but i ordered for delivery last night 09/04/16 specified how i wanted my pizza extra well done toasted and requested cheese & pepper because if ots not requested they wont give it to you with your order i finalized my order and i was told my pizza would arrive in 30 min mind you i placed my order at 10:45 pm 11:30 still no pizza i called pizza hut to follow up they said the driver had just left my order was on its way i asked the girl who helped me if i was getting a fresh hot pizza she said yes it had just came out the oven ok 11:45 driver shows up hands my order i asked for the cheese & pepper he looks at the receipt and says i never placed the request i said yes he handed me the food walked over to his car to see if he had some ok that was 1 i checked the pizza it was cold the cheese was semi already dry NO WHERE NEAR WELL DONE my wings were room temperature and my garlic rolls we plain cold NEVER AGAIN I am so dissapointed and i only live 5 min away from them no way in that time the food cooled down that much!!

this pizza hut..SUCKS!. they have bad customer service never get the orders right you order ham they give you bacon...delivery times are ok ..normal but when they get there they have the wrong pizza or its not made with all the products! My family and i have to travel 25minutes to the other one..they can hold the name pizza hutt..this one is a disgrace to pizza hutt..they make them all look bad.they make us pizza hutt lovers turn to dominoes just by this 1 store..ots terrible..i mean every time..weve gave them too many chances and well tonights chance will be the last chance for our buisness ever!

I would rate it waaaaaay under one star if that would be possible. Absolutely worst experience ever and I will make sure this place gets closed down. First off they never honor online offers, claiming they are national and their regional prices differ (which is a fraudulent violation of the franchise terms), then they charge a delivery fee, the.pizza is the worst pizza Hut I ever got and the customer service is below any possible rating.

I waited 20 minutes after my pizza was done to get it into my hands. The computer says it was ready. But the cashier didnt put much effort into turning around to see it sitting on the counter. It was cold when I managed to get a delivery driver to she to see if it was my order on the counter. By that time, it wasnt hot anymore. I paid for it anyway because the kids were waiting.

I havent ever had a problem with this Pizza Hut location. The Pizza is cooked well done. The only problem I had is My Mom Ordered one Pizza with pepperoni & sausage & the she asked for a pizza with Pepperoni & Mushroom & when the pizza arrived. Both Pizzas had Pepperoni & Sausage when we asked for one of them to have pepperoni & Mushroom

Online order took too long to get to my house and when I called trying to find out where my food was all they said was "It will be there soon" If they cant make it in 25-35 why do they give that estimate time for your delivery?? It took almost an hour to get my cold food

i order from this pizza hut all the time & usually the service always comes in half an hour or less but, today they still arent here yet & its been an hour. im very unhappy that i called the manager a got a bad attitude. im not happy with this service.

This pizza with the cheese on the end do not get it from this place it was burned whole pizza was cold and unbearable to eat there was no cheese on the end order was wrong I wanted mushrooms got black olive. So disgusting. Pizza night ruined.

pizza hut is good when you are to lazy after a 10 hour work day to cook food for your family. I would rather eat all the bad in the world than having to cook for 30minutes to an hour because my kids dont like the simple food.

My pizza came in about 20 minutes after ordering but the pizza looked terrible. It was a rushed job for a pizza. The toppings were placed randomly. The pizza was not sliced evenly either. Not the pizza hut quality I expect.

I walked in to place an order, however, they told me I had to place the order online because their computer can not honor the online price. They didnt try to offer their in-store offers. I had to walk away.

Bad customer service . They mixed up my order they were giving me someone elses order ended up waiting long time by the time he located my order my pizza was cold already. Poor managment !
